Purchased an online gift card and paid in full, but never received a purchase receipt or the gift card itself (email was the only delivery option). The website has no customer service contact—only links for careers, media, press, and donations. The listed phone numbers are either disconnected or don’t allow you to leave a voicemail for a real person. I wanted this to work out because I genuinely enjoy the restaurants, but I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and the intended gift was never given. Disappointing experience. Buyer beware.

My friends and I ordered thanksgiving takeaway meals from the edible beats group and all were phenomenal! The stuffing, mashed potatoes and Turkey were all super and really easy to reheat
