By far my favorite food truck, everything is great. I like the chop cheese the best but the burgers are also great. Highly recommend the pork if you get tacos or a breakfast burrito. And if they have them can’t skip the egg rolls. I come in frequently and am never disappointed. I would give it 6 stars if Google made that an option.

An excellent resident food truck, right outside of the crooked stave. We ordered the pork Bahn MI and the house made egg rolls. The Bahn mi had perfectly braised pork belly and freshly pickled jalapeños and vegetables. While the egg rolls were freshly made, served with a sweet Vietnamese fish sauce. The owner was even nice enough to deliver it to us at our table. It is a must stop anytime you are in the Thornton area

I was craving beef but also wanted a banh mi so I gave the banh mi a go with steak - OH MY GOD. Best steak I've ever had from a food truck! The sandwich did not disappoint! I have not stopped thinking about it all day. Might just be the best decision I've ever made.
