Popped into Eggs Inc. in downtown Denver and it’s officially on my go-to list.
Not just breakfast — they’ve got chicken burritos, gluten-free pizzas, and more.
I had the scramble sandwich on a gluten-free Udi’s bun with avocado, cheddar, and chives — eggs were spot on, soft scramble style. Paired it with their pancake bites and house-made blueberry jam (also gluten-free), and let’s just say… nothing was left behind.
The whole menu feels thoughtfully put together — clean ingredients, plenty of gluten-free options, and somehow it all still tastes indulgent.
Interior’s got a modern, fresh vibe — bright, sharp branding without being try-hard. Free WiFi’s a nice bonus if you’re posting up for a bit.
Best part? The prices are refreshingly reasonable, which is rare for anything this good downtown.
Next up for me: one of those egg-based pizzas. Also bookmarking this spot for office catering — it’s the kind of food that keeps people happy and awake after breakfast or lunch.

Yum my new fav breakfast sandwich - light, fluffy, and delicious. Left me feeling energized rather than sluggish like other breakfast sandwiches. Perfectly cooked eggs and the bun is delicious too! Had to come back for breakfast again two days in a row.

I've been coming here for Breakfast and man oh man it's pretty good 💯 they have a new smothered tator tots to and that's so fire 🔥 I highly recommend this spot there eggs are amazing 😧🔥🙏

I doubt this place will still be here in 6 months. The service was fine and the food came out quick - almost too quick. I then saw why. The egg sandwich was sloppy, fell apart, and not appetizing. Overpriced and threw out half of my meal. Left hungry. The decor is also so tasteless. Signs that say **** off and other weird inappropriate artwork. Beach and neon theme? Alt Denver? The worst breakfast experience I’ve ever had in my 5 years of Denver. Hopefully something replaces it soon.

Pink. Pink everywhere. What a cool place for breakfast. Egg sandwiches, tots and a cold beer. Sign me up. Staff was super nice. Place was very clean. Would definitely recommend the Spicy Bun. Also, they put a lot of egg on the sandwiches.

Very very cute cafe! The staff is incredible and the vibes are awesome. I love that they have so many gluten free options. The only drawback is that their menu is a bit limited in options and the food doesn't taste very fresh. It's clearly premade and they heat it when you order, which is great if you are in a hurry but not the best option if you aren't.
