We’ve now used E Hijole Tacos for three different events, and every time they’ve been absolutely outstanding! The food quality is top-notch, the staff is professional and wonderful to work with, and the flavors are unforgettable. Their meatballs, in particular, are insanely tasty and always a crowd favorite. Highly recommend them for any event—big or small!

I truly cannot describe how happy I am that we chose EHijole Tacos to cater our 50 person wedding in Estes Park. Throughout the planning process, Elena answered all of my questions and made the process so smooth and simple. On the wedding day, we were blown away by how beautiful the set-up was for the taco cart and bar. They went above and beyond by incorporating our wedding colors into the decor and printing out menus. Elena and her team were so warm, friendly, helpful, and professional; truly the best customer service ever. Best of all, the food was incredible!!! We had guests coming up to us all night and telling us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! Their bartender was equally as amazing!! We are so grateful and would recommend EHijole Tacos to anyone looking for event catering. They made our day more incredible than we could have imagined! ❤️🌮

Elena was so easy and such a pleasure to work with. We had E Hijole Tacos cater for our family reunion, her and the servers were awesome! My family loved the food, she made more then enough food for our event. We only had the servers for a couple hours and when it was time for them to leave they left everything at the party until we were done. Elena came back to grab it later and let us keep the extra food we didn't even know we had and utensils. Her set up was beautiful just like her and her servers. I will look for her again when there comes another event. I will never forget Elena and her team. Food was amazzinnggg!!! Every single person in my family gave nothing but great feedback

We've ordered from Ehijole for Tacos to be delivered to our office for Lunch meetings and special professional events. They are always communicative, prompt, and kind and the food is great! We love getting the taco box because it's an easy way to provide options for people with lots of different dietary preferences. And the customer service from Elena & the team that drops the food off is always great. Would recommend !

10/10 catering experience AND super delicious food. Marissa set up everything right on time, everything was clearly labeled with ingredients and accommodating for our group's many dietary restrictions. Elena is a joy to work with, everything is clearly communicated, and kindness is abundant.
They label everything and include dietary restrictions on their labels as well. Their presentation is great and they're just so organized and on top of everything. They're one of my favorite catering companies!!
