This has been my neighborhood Einstein for several years. I'm not sure why I keep coming back. They're short-staffed and you will wait 15+ minutes for a single order. Even if you order ahead through the app. Today, I thought I'd try the drive thru -- 23 minutes for an iced coffee and one breakfast bagel. And they forgot my schmear on the sandwich so just a dry egg on a bagel... I want them to do well, so I've not posted before. But really, just save yourself the heartache...

In the drive through for a ridiculous amount of time and I ordered on the app for pick up. There were only a few cars and it didn’t look like there was anyone inside. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a six pack of bagels. I did not get the chip with my sandwichs. The guy at the drive through was struggling like it was his first day and working alone.

I won’t go to this location again.

I wish I could go lower. Without a doubt. Early mornings you’ll have to wait over 10 minutes to get a simple drink and sandwich that I should’ve just made at home. As someone who used to be a GM. Theirs. Has no clue what she’s doing. Drive thru orders are to ALWAYS come first as those times are more important. Will not be coming back to this location again.

Service solid if a little slow. Sandwich good. Chai latte was weird and bad... sour somehow? Could not tell you what happened, but it was strange and not right.

Living so close to this Einstein Bagels is a constant disappointment. I've avoided writing a review, but the consistently awful service can't be ignored any longer. While the food is decent, the staff is consistently unpleasant. Every employee, except for one seemingly overworked shift supervisor (A girl with blonde hair), seems to wear their bad attitude like a badge of honor. The long-haired guy with gauges is particularly offensive, embodying passive-aggressive behavior and a level of unprofessionalism that's genuinely shocking. He always seems to be in a terrible mood. Today's visit was the last straw: one of the male employees practically assaulted me with my order, slamming the drive-through window shut after a brief, pleasant interaction with the nice girl who gave my dog a bagel. And let's not forget the time they forgot my cream cheese and the beanie-wearing long-haired guy aggressively confronted me at the drive-through window, as if I was inconveniencing him by asking for what I paid for. The staffing at this location is a serious issue that needs to be addressed immediately. Good food, horrible staff.

I come here a lot, most of the workers are very kind and helpful. However there is one guy there, I never caught his name the only thing I can remember is the he has green ear gauges, who I have had a problem with. Once when I was ordering with him, he kept calling me sweatheart. Maybe he just calls all women that and didn’t mean anything by it, or maybe he meant it in a condescending way, but either way I do not like being called that by strangers so I politely asked if he could please not call me that. He apologized and stoped calling me sweatheart, and I had no problem with him since he stopped and respected my boundaries, so that was that. I came back today and I ordered in the drive through with a different worker while he was in the back making the food. While I was waiting at the window, I heard him talking rudely about me to his coworker because of the time I asked him not to call me sweatheart. It was a little strange just sitting there waiting while I heard him talking loudly about me, but I didn’t say anything. When I drove away I noticed that I was missing two sides of hash browns. I had a larger order so it was understandable. Since they where pretty close to closing and there was a line in the drive through, I wasn’t going to ask them to make them for me I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t charged for them. When I walked in to the store and tried to tell him (the same guy who was gossiping about me) I couldn’t even get a sentence out before he started basically screaming back my order to me. I said yes that’s correct, but I ordered hash browns with two of the sandwiches and I just wanted to know if I was charged. He turned around and started aggressively making the sides of hash browns while rambling off in a rude and passive aggressive way. I can’t even remember all that he said because I was so shocked, and even his coworker seemed uncomfortable. He was so angry his face started turning red. As I was walking out he was still basically going off at me in that same passive aggressive way. Maybe he was having a bad day, I get it, I also work in customer service. But I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable by a worker before, and I never would have thought to write a negative review about anyone. However I think this should be brought to someone’s attention.

Sunday morning during rush. These guys did incredible, and the food was great. Every customer in the store seemed to be in a predisposed sour mood, so I wanted to tell y’all that you’re awesome and appreciated!

Ordered online at 6:48, pickup time was 7:50.
They didn't even begin the order until I arrived. What's the point of online ordering with expected pickup time given, when it doesn't mean anything? I had to wait an additional 15 minutes.

We went into this Einstein to get lunch- the man taking our order didn’t speak at all to us to start out he just looked at us like we were taking up his time. I asked if they had low fat cream cheese and he looked at us and said “I don’t know. All I know is we have cream cheese” and then went back to looking at his screen, his music was blasting I could hear it through his headphones. He never asked if we wanted things toasted and burnt one of our bagels. We usually go to this store often as it’s close to our house- that is going to change now.

Placed an order for pickup 40 minutes ago and still waiting.. I’ve never had a quick experience at this location, be sure your schedule is clear!
