At our hospital we were celebrating Perioperative Nurses week. One of our kind surgeons offered Einstein Bagels for us. The Bagels were delicious as well as the cream cheese sides. Einstein's carefully wrapped the savory bagels separately so as not to cross flavor the sweet bagels. Einstein's does an amazing job at providing fresh and tender bagels. I would trust them for all future events!

We love going to the doctor because this Einsteins is right down the street!!! We drop by every time afterwards and they are always courteous and kind. Belle is especially sweet and goes over the top to make your day better. On top of that, they make delicious sandwiches!

This is a great place to get decent priced breakfast burrito among other goodies they have and customer service and the atmosphere has been great as well.
I don't expect much in the ways of customer service at places like this, much less next to a college campus.
I was extremely impressed with the way Cade greated me, offered accurate and easy recommendations, knew his current availability, and managed the line.
My boss asked later to do this more often, and I will be stopping here knowing it'll be a quick and easy transaction!

On a Monday morning there is literally one unfortunate employee taking orders and making the food herself. Ten customers waiting. Poor ownership at this place that never even reopened in store dining after the Covid restrictions ended.
