So figured if a store is marketed as a yuppy place, might as well try on in a yuppy place.
This place was as you expected; Mellow jazz playing overhead, manbuns and lines for a single bagel even in the afternoon.
I think that is what helped make this place own up to their marketing. They had probably the freshest bagel sandwiches I have had in some time. Probably because they serve so many self-important people that they never have any stale out.
And that service to boot, quick, clean and to the point, no haggling for additional options to add to my order, just got it done.

Nice people behind the register but the crew making the bagels do not pay any attention to the orders. Twice in a row I pay for extras but never get them. Extremely disappointed.

I got the veggie out sandwich and I was so so disappointed. For one I asked that the bagel be toasted. It wasn’t toasted for two it just barely any vegetables in it. Moe’s Veggie sandwich has bell peppers, sprouts, cucumbers, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, avocados, cream cheese. Yours pretty much had lettuce, cucumber, spinach, and smashed avocado. Didn’t even seem fresh and there was very little ingredients on the Bagel. Moe’s Bagels Veggie bagel is loaded huge it’s double the size of this

Standard Einstein menu in a fairly large store. The avocado toast came on a choice of bagel with chunks of avocado rather than a mash. It could have used a little sea salt and lemon. It wasn't bad, especially at the price, but I prefer other types of bread as a base such as brioche or wheat. I also prefer at least a light mash of the avocado. The espresso drinks are much better than the drip coffee.
Service was very good - fast, friendly and helpful. They even brought my avocado toast to the table rather than making me go to pick it up. The space is large but not particularly interesting. The floor needed sweeping. They do have Wi-Fi for customers.
There was plenty of parking available right in front of the store.

I am honestly so disappointed after not coming here for years after I had a bad experience I decided to try it again and I had high hopes since I had a lovely interaction with the cashier but they messed up my order. I asked for no tomato 3x on my sandwich and still got tomato on my sandwich. They also asked me about what side I wanted and ran through several option I chose to get hash browns and they gave me chips instead. I watched them put a hash brown into the little stove for me so not sure what happened but this reads lazy and 0 communication to me. I will not be trying this again for a long time.

I created a loyalty account a week ago and without me checking the box to save my cc info, it kept my cc info. I took a screenshot of me not checking the box, and it still stole and kept my cc info. Then on the two orders I've placed, twice in a row now this place has refused to toast the bagels despite it saying it clearly on the receipts and despite me CALLING IN and asking specifically for it to be toasted. Lol. Now when I request to delete my account, all I get is an error message. No more money for you ever, einsteins. You better not steal my money since you've stolen my cc info. How dumb. Never again will I willingly give this place money.

as i live 2 block away from the shop.
Normally you order at the end the line whole you choose which bagel you want , then we pay , even last purchase , I still but my bagel in this shop that way ….
and she give me attitude that we have tp order in cashier section.
is weird becoz i gave to go back and forth to the window to see what I want , like what kond of cream cheese I want even what kind of bagel I want , they even wrongly do it bcoz i want finish ordering as I want my bagel thin and they already slap cream cheese on it ……
and when I went to pick up it did not being toast , and she gave me attitude that i dont ask to being toast ….. and I said you should ask me if i want to be toast . as we normally being ask what you offer ….. Every where we go , we the customer the one who were ask if we want to be toast or not , like in subway sandwich or other bagel place
and the india looking girl yell at me by giving me attitude and even ask for the manager to just refund me , instead making me a new one ….. That $11 mean nothing to me ......but if u can not keep uo with ur worker , I make sure the whole university park know not to go to ur bagel place , as ww have another bagel place in university blvd

Manager is terrible! Very rude and demanding and you can't even enjoy your food without him walking around and looking over your shoulder like he is looking for trouble. Also encountered him multiple different visits being mean and low key verbally abusive to his workers. Dont go here, it's not worth your money.

The man in the back heard that me and my family were using coupons for a simple bagel and smear so he decided to walk up front to tell us that they will no longer accept coupons because that is not why they give out coupons to families. He has been very rude to us before and to older women who have came in for sandwiches, his name is hard to read on his tag but it looks like it starts with a j. Please figure this out before the way of life figured it out for this place.

The fact that they had the audacity to serve me a burrito with a broken up tortilla that turned into a complete chip and barely nothing of hash brown that were also crops. Disappointed after waiting 20 minutes.
