Service is the worst... stood there for 5 minutes with 4 employees behind the counter... not one person acknowledged me or said we will be with you in a minute. Also atmosphere is still covid like, with no seating. Essentially eat your food somewhere else. And I will... this is the last time I will frequent this business. Absolutely horrible!

Went to Einsteins like a real Einstein, the place just reeked of lack of. The Intent or lack there of was notable, I didn't even want anything after waiting a few minutes watching as this crew struggle with 2 measly orders, customers waiting prior to arriving lol

Really hit the spot this morning. Hot bagel with melty cheese and fluffy eggs. Ordered Ahead and was ready when I arrived 6 minutes later. Perfect for a on-the-way-to-work breakfast.

Cashier seemed high off his a$$ and was having trouble with a basic conversation. Which in and of itself would be whatever but the only special request, which the cashier even repeated back, was messed up. In their defense it was a difficult request, "plain". Lot of syllables. Then they messed up their all-nighter as well. No special request but no sauce either. Y'all charge too much to be this utterly inept. McDonald's has better service ffs.

Never got any food because what I ordered they were out of and when I asked something comparable, the clerk was a smart ass, and said I don't know nor do I care. I canceled my order and told her to enjoy the review.

Horrible service from mean people. They actually told me they were out of what I ordered so that they could give it to a "regular" who came in after me and was behind me in line. He did not preorder, and I could hear them conspiring with the regular while I was ordering. I will never ever go back.
Always enjoy the friendly service and people. A Sunday tradition going for coffee and breakfast.

I ordered a blueberry bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese and an asiago bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. They put the onion chive cream cheese on the blueberry bagel and the strawberry cream cheese on the asiago bagel. When I drove back to the store to return it they’d never apologize, and they handed me back the bag of bagels and told me to throw them away. They did make me new bagels after about a 15 min wait while they served everyone else in front of me. The staff here clearly is untrained in all areas. Highly recommended going to a different store as they will most certainly disappoint you at this location.

This location, like many others in Colorado removed all their tables and are just enjoying profiting from to-go with no place for families or business people to sit and chat indoors. Don’t give them the business.
