I have never seen a place in an airport that is as dirty as this location. I had to look twice to see if what I was seeing was real. There was food, trash, crumbs, wrappers, old food, new food, overflowing trash can..I could go on. The cutting boards were so gross and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The area where you can get your napkins and stuff was a disaster as well. By the time we saw all this we had ordered and wished we hadn’t. Our bagel was old and the cream cheese didn’t taste good. I asked for toasted and it was just cold. Our son had the club type sandwich and it was tiny and not fresh. We were so disappointed and more than that, the true danger of this place needs evaluated. You could get someone very sick!!!

I've never had a bagel with lox and cream cheese served open-faced in a box that had no indication of how important it was to keep one side up. As you can see, as I was jostling my bags etc, it ended up with the lox smeared all over the inside of the top of the box. It was also barely toasted at all. The worst bagel and lox I've ever had! In the future, stick to the time honored notion of actually enclosing the delicate insides between the robust halves of a sturdy bagel. Especially at an airport!

Ordered/charged 2 eggs for my breakfast sandwich and only got 1 egg. I was already on the airplane by the time I realized.

They were moving pretty fast, so that was appreciated with the long line.

The sandwich itself was ok. I'd get another one but would like to see the quality step up on the bagels (a little tough) and the egg (dry).

Terminal A - is infested with cockroaches. I ordered a bagel this morning and was standing by the condiment area waiting for me bagel I looked down and saw a bug… I looked closer and noticed it was a cockroach. It then scurried up the side of the counter. I then saw two babies come from under the lip of the counter and then 3 more big ones…. So so gross I hurried away from that space as to not let one hitch a ride with me.

I typically do not leave reviews unless I’m asked or it’s a health concern and this is CERTAINLY a health concern. Cockroaches carry so many diseases and seeing them crawling under the counters and up the sides is seriously concerning.

I got a Asiago bagel with cream cheese got charged 1.39 more since was specialty bagel on top 5.09 for a bagel and cream cheese. Doesn't make sense lady that took order was great customer service

I was asked to tap my card for payment but didnt realize that you were supposed to enter a tip BEFORE as the workers speak broken English. So I was charged 20% on top of a 2% markup to "cover their cost for processing payments"

I got a stale bagel with a overcooked egg bc this had been sitting in the hot case well over the expiration.

BEWARE the tip scamming, so PAY ATTENTION to the first screen as I got charged $10 for this food I'm throwing away bc it's so gross

Frankly they're doing something that is unethical. They have a price to make a sandwich a meal on their menu but charge your separately for a much higher price. This is not ok. When the employee was questioned about it she said she didn't have a button to make it a meal and did I want it or not

Just went this morning 6:30am it was busy but there was a employee out front writing orders down on a slip of paper and they seemed to have a system. I ordered a toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese and butter. What I received (as I ran to my gate and didn't realize) I received a barely warmed up (def NOT toasted) bagel with no cream cheese…… soooo annoying especially when I waited like 15+ min and paid so much

Coffee lids do not fit the coffee cups, spilled my full coffee on the airplane. Also they did not toast my wife’s bagel.
