I've never had a bagel with lox and cream cheese served open-faced in a box that had no indication of how important it was to keep one side up. As you can see, as I was jostling my bags etc, it ended up with the lox smeared all over the inside of the top of the box. It was also barely toasted at all. The worst bagel and lox I've ever had! In the future, stick to the time honored notion of actually enclosing the delicate insides between the robust halves of a sturdy bagel....
Ordered/charged 2 eggs for my breakfast sandwich and only got 1 egg. I was already on the airplane by the time I realized.
They were moving pretty fast, so that was appreciated with the long line.
The sandwich itself was ok. I'd get another one but would like to see the quality step up on the bagels (a little tough) and the egg (dry).

The strawberry cream cheese didn’t have any flavor. The breakfast sandwiches were good but messy to eat. The fruit was fresh and tasty.
