Customer service was good. Unfortunately I only ordered a bottled soda due to health hazards and all three staff members not being sanitary. The male at the register handling money and making drinks, went to make sandwiches, and didn't wash his hands, just put on gloves. The male who was originally making food with plastic gloves on kept adjusting his mask while making food. A woman with great customer service at the register, before working the register, put her hand half way down her back to scratch, put on a work apron, then went straight to making food, without washing her hands.
Terminal A. i eat at Einstein’s in Reno nearly every day. waiting in line behind a very fussy customer the guy behind the 2nd register waited on two people who just walked up and purchased items. instead, say can I help whose next. while i saw he was now just standing there i asked if woukd take my order, was told no, to wait. i don’t mind waiting, but not after i saw him wait on two others who had not waited at all.My bagel was bone dry with hardly any cream cheese, which made the bagel even drier. Coffee was lukewarm to cool.I love my local Eiesteins . great bagels, great customer service!!!if today was my first experience I would never order any any Eiestein..this was a non busy time, no excuse, just lazy and/or don’t care

Ordered the avocado bagel and the bagel was stale and there was literally no seasoning or anything on it…not even salt. It was literally just avocado and a plain bagel. This is the only option vegans have for food at Einstein but I’d recommend other places at the airport for vegan food since this place doesn’t care to offer any and the one thing they do have is such a bland ripoff.

Ordered a lg mocha with an extra shot and it literally tasting like bland coffee water.
They have a great selection and delicious flavors of bagels and sandwiches
We ate a farmhouse and a plain bagel. It was ok. But the trick is to buy then take home and make cold cut sandwiches from these bagels! So yummy like that! Be sure to expect long lines.

We have eaten here many times before early morning flights. Just keep in mind that the earliest they open is at 4am. Since it is one of only a few places open (among starbucks and mcdonalds), the line tends to be long, as well as the wait for the food. One of the more recent times we ate here, we were in line right at 4am when they opened and were some of the first few in line, and our order took 30 minutes to get. The most recent time we came our order took about 20 minutes to get. Please budget in the time as even if your items are quick, they go by the order of who ordered first, as opposed to who ordered what. We have gotten various bagel sandwiches such as the santa fe (all good), breakfast burritos (which are very tiny), and side of cinnamon or apple twists (just okay). The pomegranate lemonade is very tasty, but expensive. I like the side of the twice baked hashbrown. It is small and inexpensive, yet so good. It is great if you are looking for something small to tide you over instead of a full blown breakfast. Also be aware that their availability on their menu can change, as each time we have come, they have some of the menu signs turned around, as if to say they were out of some of the ingredients for certain things. Each time we come, the employees are very focused on taking orders and getting the items out, so they haven’t been friendly or welcoming any time we come, but we have come to expect this. Considering this line is the shortest line and has the most variety on the menu, it is a good place that we like to stop for breakfast before an early flight. They way it works is that you order and give your name. You wait around until your name is called and you pick up your food. There is nowhere to sit so you have to bring your food to your gate. Good thing we arrive to the gate very early before boarding to have enough time to grab something here.
Delicious bagels , fast service.
Get the everything bagel! Mmmmmm ... The blueberry bagel was good too.
An awesome lox sandwich. The size was over filling. Very fresh. Friendly staff.
