Update: while I had issues with this location a couple times, since expressing my concerns I felt like they actually listened. Service and atmosphere have improved. I regularly come here for breakfast on campus.
The person behind the counter seemed drained and slightly annoyed so it made the transaction a bit awkward, but I understand- working fast food is stressful. They weren't too slow because of what I ordered but the card reader was super slow. I think the unresponsive card reader and the employees either drained or not on tasked was what makes this place so slow. This is kind of disappointing because the Qdoba right next door is much faster and employes seem much happier.
They were super quick despite the long line and very kind. Even though there was a long line the kind lady at the counter still answered my questions and gave me a great recommendation!
