Feb 2. Ordered a toasted French toast bagel. Waited for quite a while some guy threw it on the counter and mumbled something that wasn't even my name. I waited for a few minutes more for them to call out my name again. They never did. I just walked out.

I have been coming here every day this week for two box coffees and two dozen bagels and until today I’ve had nothing but a phenomenal experience, which is a reason why they’re not getting a five star. Every day has been fantastic, especially with Sunny at the front. However, today, I made my order like I normally do 45 minutes in advance and the other gal at the front (did t get her name but the redhead with glasses) made it VERY VERY clear that she was having a bad day today and she did not appreciate me making an order with two box coffees and two dozen bagels saying “This is a catering order and to not do that going forward” and handed me my bags of which she just threw all my condiments in the bag see the picture attached. She needs an attitude adjustment and if she doesn’t like her job she needs to leave.
This is not intended for all of Einstein’s bagels employees at this location. This is simply one bad apple with this one interaction.

As we walked in there were three employees but one customer it look like everybody seen this but only one person actually acknowledged us as customers we looked at the menu for several minutes waiting for someone to talk to us before finally being able to place our order after replacing the order we were watching that make the phone and they asked if we needed something as if we were bothering them by the end I wanted to just ask for a refund and leave because that type of service should not be utilized in any service industry job overall the food was great but the service was crap which also made the atmosphere crap in the future greet your customers make them feel welcomed next time I'm going somewhere else

Got a bucket of coffee and bagels for a meeting at work. They were extremely busy but the wait was not that long. Had to go right back to get more and the guy was on top of it for me...remembered my order!

This was my first time having Einstein Bros outside of the airport and it was very nice. Service was pretty friendly. The bagel sandwich was alright, we got the maple house egg sandwich and it was good but not life changing.
Don't tell me what is in the strawberry banana smoothie because it was the best smoothie I've ever had in my life!

Ms.Charity is such a sweetheart! She's so accommodating, and I really appreciate the help she provided with my order today! She's the general manager, but miss girl needs a raise of some sort. She values every customer that walks through the door, and ive never found that at any other einsteins location. Hard work should be rewarded, and I know everyone on her team works hard... don't let this be just a thank you, actually show your employees you're thankful they come in everyday and are able to do their jobs while putting a smile on others faces. Thank you Ms. Charity again, and thank you to her AM staff you guys saved my day today and I am forever grateful. Have a blessed afternoon ✨️
