Disgusting!! I found a hair in my food ordering from this location AGAIN!!! Employees never wear hair nets and all of them have long scruffy hair. when I called the manager she gave a sorry excuse saying one of her employees forgot his hat today that keeps his hair back .. So everyone is just getting hair with their food today then??? Absolutely unacceptable I have filed a complaint with the Denver public health investigations and will be following up.

This Einstein Bagels has a PREDATORY TOWING DEAL WITH MAXX AUTO RECOVERY. Absolutely ridiculous to allow a towing company to have a business in which they tow cars at 7PM when the lot is empty and near a busy area full of late night bar businesses that people need spaces to park in. THEY KNOW THEY CAN MAKE MONEY OFF THIS. The tow cost me $365.

Suggestion: For "after hours", make a deal where towing doesnt begin til after 11PM.

Whoever contracted this current deal is absolutely nefarious and should be ashamed. They are stealing peoples money and know they can.

Tried calling multiple times for a misplaced Credit card. 0 options to speak with the team working. That is ridiculous

I realize this is a National entity but this Einstein’s feels like a neighborhood bagel shop! The staff-no matter who you happen to encounter-is always welcoming. The baker clearly cares about his craft-these goods are baked with love. The coffee is Always hot and delicious. And the person behind the counter takes the time to ask if you’d like your cookie heated?! Oh-and their play lists are always on point! We love this place-it’s super cozy and at 7am-it smells AMAZING! Thank you for helping us starts our days with such a positive vibe! Highly recommend.

Love this location except one employee doesn’t want to put cream in my caramel CREAM cold brew. After I’ve ordered it he repeats “caramel cold brew” back to me. Three times now I’ve had to ask him to put cream in after he’s made the drink. Today the fourth time he left room for cream and told us “there’s cream over there” at the coffee station. It’s his job to make the drink right and I don’t appreciate the attitude. He also never asks for my rewards number and I have to remind him to put it in. Won’t be returning to this location. I don’t know his name but ordered around 11:30 AM October 29th.

I’ve been an Einstein Bagels fan for decades. I LOVE this location on 9th and CO. Ryan is the best manager of an Einstein Bagels I’ve ever encountered. He’s always patient, kind and friendly-even when they are busy! He treats his staff with kindness and respect as well. His staff is also top notch and always professional. They provide excellent service and fresh, great quality food and beverages. I’m here every week and I’m so glad this location has improved over the last year. Thanks Ryan and staff!

Parking: There are probably about 10 parking spots in the lot which is a lot considering the location.

Kid-friendliness: Casual, kid friendly atmosphere!

Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible and would have ease of movement around the store.

This location is the best! My wife and I go here frequently, and they are dependable, kind, and committed to providing great customer service. We are known by name, and I feel as though we are valued by this franchise. We will continue to give our business to this location. Do not be fooled by these negative reviews; they are awesome and the food is great.

The few times I've been to this place it's always been really great. Today, July 30th in particular I was taking forever to figure out what I wanted and the person behind the counter I think her name was Leticia, was absolutely fabulous! And her possibly manager with the glasses was also helpful. Highly recommend the food! It literally perfect egg breakfast sandwich

This is the best Einsteins in Denver. My husband and I get bagels here after my OB appointments and they never disappoint! 10/10 food and employees, they are all so nice!

Besides the wonderful person behind the counter greeting everyone enthusiastically, the inside is kind of dirty. The lines are beyond long. A guy who works there but was off came in, walked behind the counter, took his long ponytail out, let his hair down and shook it BEHIND the counter so he could make himself a coffee. Gross. Why would the manager allow that? PS. Manager did, laughed, like it was cute/funny - but it wasn't. This young man treated it like his own house. It was probably a 20 minute wait for one bagel. I could tell the employees were working hard but only one cashier for the stampede just wasn't enough.
