The staff here are very friendly, for the most part I have not had issues with picking up orders. My main complaint with this location is that I have received burnt bagels multiple times, and I need to start checking them before I leave the store. This is probably the third or fourth time I have received burnt bagels on the inside from this location. This has not been an issue at other locations.

The staff weren't friendly, and they might not have said a single word to me. .very dark and awkward experience. The food is always good though!
