The staff here are very friendly, for the most part I have not had issues with picking up orders. My main complaint with this location is that I have received burnt bagels multiple times, and I need to start checking them before I leave the store. This is probably the third or fourth time I have received burnt bagels on the inside from this location. This has not been an issue at other locations.

We have been coming to this Einsteins for years, as it's just a few blocks from our house. The food is always consistent, but its the people at this location that make a difference. One in particular always stands out to us.
Every time we come - we are greeted incredibly warmly by Troy. After several encounters with him where he absolutely made our morning with kindness - we realized how much one person can make a difference for the image of business.

I always have such a great experience every time I come to this location. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I got to interact with the manager when I went in on Monday. I ordered the garden egg avocado sandwich, a twice baked hash brown, and a doggy bagel. The manager wished me a happy belated birthday when they saw that I had a birthday reward available to use. They were also super patient with me when I used a gift card that had to be typed out instead of scanned. My food...
