It is a cute coffee and ice cream shop where you can sit and watch the world go by. They sell a variety of usual and unusual flavors in cups or cake and waffle cones. You can sample the flavors; we found most too sweet for our liking (or licking?). If that's your thing, this place will be a hit. The Cookies and Cream flavor was surprisingly mild and not overly sweet. It shares a lobby with the 11th Street Hostel, so I suspect you can meet some interesting people hanging out. If I were in the area again for the capital or modern art museum, I'd stop in for another cone, but I wouldn't go out of my way just for the ice cream.

In the lobby of the 11th st hostel, very cute and excellent service
We had a lovely time at Eiskaffee. Our Barista was so friendly and patient. The ice cream and coffee were delicious. The atmosphere was so quaint.

Quick service, friendly workers. This ice cream shop is attached to the hotel next door. Service dogs only allowed inside, unfortunately. The ice cream is delicious. Parking is tough and is pretty much all street paid parking, from what we could see. If we were walking by again, we'd stop here again.

This place is INCREDIBLE! extremely reasonable prices with large portions and wonderful flavors! Service was lovely, and I highly recommend trying the honey bergamot orange flavor!

The person scooping ice cream didn't try to greet me or even acknowledge I was around when looking at flavors, I asked for a Malt and got a shake, and when I asked about the brownies they didn't say anything and basically threw it on the counter. I wanted a relaxing snack experience and the place was in the same lobby as a hotel with disheveled patrons walking around in the lobby with their dogs, didn't have a good time here at all.
