The person scooping ice cream didn't try to greet me or even acknowledge I was around when looking at flavors, I asked for a Malt and got a shake, and when I asked about the brownies they didn't say anything and basically threw it on the counter. I wanted a relaxing snack experience and the place was in the same lobby as a hotel with disheveled patrons walking around in the lobby with their dogs, didn't have a good time here at all.

Absolutely in love with Eiskaffe!!! First time trying their ice cream and got above and beyond service from Poni was absolutely in awe of poni's amazing recommendation of queenies and Bavarian ice cream will always be returning to my favorite cafe with this amazing barista!!!!
Stopped in on a cloudy Friday and had a DELICIOUS oat milk vanilla latte. Tasted smooth and a nice hint of vanilla to it. The butter crossaint was flaky and buttery - very good. The place was cute and clean, staff very friendly. My only note is the music could've been louder and a different, more coffeehouse vibe

I'm sorry I'm sure the ice cream is delicious but the lattes are real bad. Ordered the chai latte and turmeric latte and unfortunately could not drink them. I wouldn't recommend for coffee/tea. Otherwise a very pretty space attached to the hostel.

really enjoyed this spot. it smelled like waffles which was so enjoyable! i just stopped in for a hot cocoa and it was delicious. it was also decorated adorable for the holidays
