This place has great tacos. That's all I go there for so I'm not to sure about the rest of the menu. But the tacos don't disappoint. If you are able to call ahead of time to place your order it eliminates having to wait longer for your order. But on the off chance you do have to wait, the Colfax crowd will always remind you that maybe 🤔 life's not as bad as you thought...lol.

The quesadilla is tasty. The birria tacos, not so much. They are lacking flavor, as is the consome. I love birria tacos, so I am extremely disappointed. Initially I ordered the birria tacos for dinner tonight and the quesadilla for dinner tomorrow. That has changed. I had the quesadilla for dinner tonight and I threw the tacos away .
