Amazing Spanish restaurant. I am from Spain and this place is very good. The food tastes amazing and it is one of the best Spanish restaurants I have ever been to. The croquetas and the paella were amazing. I hope the Cachopo makes the menu to stay there forever. It was delicious. The vibe is great and very good views of the city outside. Highly recommend!!

I had my bday dinner with my in-laws at El five recently and the service is filled with micro aggression-racism. When the server introduced us what the dishes and daily special was, she only had her eyes on my Caucasian in-laws and barely looked at me (racial minority) even it’s MY BIRTHDAY. Also 3% “employee surcharge” was added to the total bill I would not recommend racial minorities like me to go there to support their racist server

I cannot praise this restaurant enough; the food is absolutely fantastic! My go-to dish is the paella, no matter the flavor, which is more than enough to feed both me and my husband. The paella always arrives steaming hot and is packed with incredible flavor. It's consistently delicious, making it a reliable favorite for us. This time, we decided to branch out and try the dumplings. They were a delightful surprise--tender, with a flavorful soup inside that added a burst of savory goodness to each bite. While the paella remains our top choice, the dumplings are definitely a worthy addition to our must-have list. The service here is always impeccable. The staff is attentive, friendly, and quick to accommodate any requests. They truly enhance the dining experience, making every visit enjoyable. One of the standout features of this restaurant is the patio seating, which offers a stunning view of downtown. Dining here not only satisfies our taste buds but also provides a visual treat. The beautiful cityscape, especially at sunset, never fails to leave us in awe.

We love going to El five for celebrations. This time we sat at the chef’s counter and it was a wonderful experience! Food was phenomal! Nick, the chef gave us wonderful recommendations and we couldn’t have left happier. The caviar flight and the seafood paella were our favorites!! Amazing experience!

Every time I go here the food, the service, and the vibe is just PERFECT. I highly recommend.
The food was outstanding, but the service needs some work. it took 20 minutes before our drinks came out. The food took even longer and when it was dropped off to us, there was no explanation to it. We started off with the Spread of the Med, which comes with 5 different spreads. I had to wave down our server to ask what the spreads were. The 2nd dish was dropped off with him making an announcement that it was goat cheese croquettes. He was speeding off to the next table before we could tell him we ordered the duck breast; not croquettes. I understand service can be slow when its busy, but there was never apology for the delay or anything. The ambiance was great and the view was amazing, but I probably won't go back due to the service.
