I had a fantastic time hanging out at the chefs counter with Kyle and Dave. Each plate was a beautiful flavor experience and I savored every bit, and the cocktails I had were phenomenal (get the old turk as a night cap). My server, Kat, was extremely personable and fun, and I could tell with every team member I interacted with there's a sense of happiness and pride with the work they do. The server staff here is great. They were so attentive. We did just tapas so we could both share. The burrata and sea bass was delicious. The bison meatballs, ehh could take them or leave them. The garlic dip was light and airy. We enjoyed the duck bastilla also. The crema catalina again was a favorite. The vanilla genoise was a disappointment. It had no flavor at all. We were seated on the opposite side of the restaurant and couldn't see the Denver view which was disappointing....

The food and the atmosphere made the night. Drinks were very nice and the waiter was especially helpful with choices and pairing of food and drink. We sat outside and it was a perfect night to celebrate a birthday. Really love this place.
