The best food. El pollo loco is the last fast food restaurant that hasn’t sacrificed portions or quality for profit. For 10 dollars you will be full and satisfied. It’s also healthy

I’m not sure who I spoke with over the phone about the issue I had with my Uber order on 9/15, I think it could have been the manager, but he was so amazing about the whole thing. It turns out they stole our food lol it was a whole ordeal. Anyway the guy was very helpful and I stayed in contact with him the entire time through the reordering process. He double checked our food, made sure we had everything we needed and was just so pleasant to deal with. 10/10 customer service 10/10 for the food. Wish I could have gotten his name to give him a shout out!
