My son and I had placed an online order, but we had forgotten to add churros. We drove up via the drive-through and asked the employee for a side of churros. However, he demanded a review and although we would have given one, we misunderstood him and seemingly did not give the response he wanted. He proceeded to deny our order and went to converse with a coworker. I am very displeased with the service at this location. I have never had an order refused simply for no reason. This man was Hispanic, black hair, and somewhat tall. I hope action can be taken.

I quite like this place. Grilled not fried/battered chicken with just a bit of flavor /rub on the skin. Great sides (steamed broccoli if you're trying to be careful, great mashed potatoes if you're not), Rice and beans if you're feeling more traditional. What's not to love?. Some pretty darn good prices for their family meal as well.
I always enjoy going to that location because the staffs are friendly and always good food.

Twice I purchased the double chicken tostada salad and the regular one, and they never make it double chicken. It's nearly the same amount of chicken as the regular one. They are also very pushy and try to upsell you many other things to the point where you have to interupt them and repeat the things you ordered..
My favorite fast food joint! I can’t even count how many times I’ve had lunch here, the customer service is always great and the food quality is consistently stellar. It’s a testament to how well they do things that the chicken always comes out perfectly moist. Highly recommend the Grande Chicken Avocado Bowl.
