My son and I had placed an online order, but we had forgotten to add churros. We drove up via the drive-through and asked the employee for a side of churros. However, he demanded a review and although we would have given one, we misunderstood him and seemingly did not give the response he wanted. He proceeded to deny our order and went to converse with a coworker.
I am very displeased with the service at this location. I have never had an order refused simply for no reason....

This is the best pollo loco I been in my life that is been traveling around the the country from California to Colorado Jessica and Abner are amazing and everyone also wore super helpful friendly I really love them

this is by far the best chicken selling place ive been to since moving to colorado 20 years ago!!
