El Taco Imperial De Tlaxcala

Today I bought there and asked for golden tripe tacos, which a very young boy helped me with and told me that if I wanted to leave a tip, I said no, I would try them first and the tacos were terrible, the tripita was very pink and chewy, only one taco I ate gave me Very disgusting, I ordered three orders and they were all the same, first and last time I was going to go and complain but if I don't go again it's good.

Delicious! Since moving here from Texas I have been trying to find a good fix for authentic Mexican street tacos. I've tried so many in my area since moving and been quite disappointed -- Until I decided to try El Taco Imperial De Tlaxcala. Its the most unassuming little white truck tucked behind what I thought was a shut down gas station - I almost missed it driving by but decided to stop and try it out. If you're from Texas you will know some of the best tacos are from small gas station setups or unassuming food trucks. This one definitely didn't disappoint. Great flavor, plenty of toppings, and you get additional cucumbers and radishes to cut the heat of their delightful salsas. I cant wait to go back with some friends!
