We are from Texas and everything about this place reminds us of our favorite spot in Texas. The food came out fast and was amazing. The service was fast and kept our drinks filled the entire time. Whenever we come back we will return!

First off will say the food is delicious very delicious, the service took for ever one waitress for that entire restaurant took her 15 min just to get chips salsa, then took our drink order 2x there was only 2 people my sister and myself she was so busy she was doing everything half Ass for the customers ,Understandable your busy we get it and are supporting waited didn’t mind but when it came down to paying the bill turned out to be $86.00 something not correct AT ALL!!! I got 14.99 plate and 2 Chile Reno 4.09 and piece, with a horchata drink well say 4.00 my sister got 25.00 plate with a Pepsi well say another 4.00 also with a side of beans and rice well say 10.00 that’s all we got!! When adding this all up is not no $ 86.00 it came up to 68.00 plus tax was 70$ maybe less how did this place get this price never offers us a receipt or even try to hand us a receipt normal businesses will have you sign after you hand the card and after signing you get a receipt they added there own tip which is fine but needs to addressed because not only did she get extra 15% she got the cash we left because we didn’t realize all this until we left please be cautious entering this place there are a jive, only imagine how many people they got like this

Had their menudo this weekend at a buddies party and it was delicious. Menudo reminded me of the old school El Alamo that used to be on 38th.

( They don't sell alcohol ) Our server only came fast when it came to our chips and salsa and to take our order. After we got our food she didn't come and check on us. We had to keep calling another waitress over for refills on our drinks because she was the only one available. Then she would call over our waitress.The menu prices didn't match our receipt prices and they add gratuity without telling you. Total $124 for 2 kids and 2 adults. One adult only had water.

The room temperature was so hot it was hard to be comfortable. The food was not charged as stated on menu.the food really tasted like it was made yesterday and reheated. Some plates were over seasoned and some plates werent seasoned at all...wait staff left tables dirty and service was horrible.Gas station restrooms dark and creepy...i wouldnt let my daughters go alone thats fs .My daughters burrito turned her stomach , on top of that they adding their own gratuity without mentioning it.... we will never return !

My daughter was kind enough to bring me home a chili reano. I was reluctant to try new restaurant. Soooo I try! Omg! It was so crispy, tasty!! I was very happy! I will take my sister there!

Crappy service! Servers just sitting at a table talking and sipping drinks. A large family walked in, we were completely ignored. I dont expect a sever to stop at my table every time they are nearby, but we couldn’t even get their attention for a drink refill. No follow up after we received our food. Had to go wait up front just to ask for our bill & a to go box. Don’t waste your time.
I'm not sure what happened from my previous meal here but today's breakfast burrito was disgusting. Made my stomach hurt too. The chili tasted weird and wasn't spicy at all. One bad experience is enough for me to never return. Avoid their breakfast burritos.
