They seated my 2-person reservation immediately next to a table of 8 and there were many other unoccupied tables to chose from.

We were disappointed in the price we paid for minimal food. The $16 charcuterie board was a few pieces of meat and cheese. We will not be returning.

I was surprised that this hotel restaurant is on the OpenTable. It was open seating when we arrived, so we had to find our own table. It took a little bit to get service, but the server was attentive and the food was good. They even had a saxophone and keyboardist playing for a little bit on a Saturday night. Plus, we were still able to be on time to the Colorado Symphony performance that night.

Pleasant atmosphere in a spacious restaurant. Very convenient to the theater district. Very slow, inconsistent service, inconsistent food. My trout was three dry pieces of quarter inch fillets. Would not recommend.

I had the salmon carpaccio. It was delicious. I also had the short rib and It was also delicious. The chocolate lava cake was really great too. Our waiter was great too. Attentive and freindly. The restaurant is in a hotel, so it was more quiet than some of the other places we have been for restaurant week. It was really good food. I will go back for sure!

The food was amazing and well prepared. The ambience at the time we went was very quiet. The value of the food is phenomenal

A very nice space, but a little weird, since it's the hotel restaurant; atmosphere might not be the thing for a romantic evening. We were celebrating a birthday, though, and all was great. The staff reserved a nice table and provided balloons. We did the restaurant week menu (just $35) and have to say that everything was delicious! Expected that they would downsize portions a bit, but that was not the case. We had plenty to eat and some to take home besides. Especially loved the salmon carpaccio, the generous charcuterie, short ribs and all of the desserts. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Will definitely consider going back, especially if we are attending something at the Performing Arts complex.

Our food was delicious and we enjoyed it very much. My only complaint is that we had a reservation and actually never sat at a table so we ate at the bar.

Opentable Diner

Understaffed, and that affected everything. Main course arrived (tepid) after an hour in spite of no appetizers arriving. Never got dessert and almost missed call time for the ballet. Had to send half our table ahead while the others stayed behind to pay in spite of allowing two hours for dinner. Not the server's fault and also still a very frustrating dining experience.

We had arrived earlier that day to the Embassy Suites downtown which this restaurant is in on the 4th floor. Our server, Kileigh was very friendly and efficient. The menu is uninspired and it was very empty, however it was a good choice for being later and just having arrived.
My bride had Striped Bass which she found to be delicious - it was also presented very nicely. I had the Korean beef tacos which were mostly flavorless but an ample portion. We did not have cocktails on this evening but did on subsequent evenings and they were fine. Once again, I would not enter hotel to just go here but when staying it's a hassle free choice that will be suitable.

We just had dinner at the Elements hotel restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The environment is warm and inviting, and the staff were super attentive and friendly (especially Yordy and Melissa). The menu had a surprising range of options I wasn't expecting. We enjoyed the charcuterie, tacos al pastor, and steak fries.
and the dessert was the perfect finale (creme brulee). This restaurant is a hidden gem that elevated our hotel experience. Highly recommended for anyone staying in the hotel or just stopping by
