I was surprised that this hotel restaurant is on the OpenTable. It was open seating when we arrived, so we had to find our own table. It took a little bit to get service, but the server was attentive and the food was good. They even had a saxophone and keyboardist playing for a little bit on a Saturday night. Plus, we were still able to be on time to the Colorado Symphony performance that night.
I had the salmon carpaccio. It was delicious. I also had the short rib and It was also delicious. The chocolate lava cake was really great too. Our waiter was great too. Attentive and freindly. The restaurant is in a hotel, so it was more quiet than some of the other places we have been for restaurant week. It was really good food. I will go back for sure!
A very nice space, but a little weird, since it's the hotel restaurant; atmosphere might not be the thing for a romantic evening. We were celebrating a birthday, though, and all was great. The staff reserved a nice table and provided balloons. We did the restaurant week menu (just $35) and have to say that everything was delicious! Expected that they would downsize portions a bit, but that was not the case. We had plenty to eat and some to take home besides. Especially loved...
