One of the best Mexican foods I’ve ever had! The tacos, nachos, and cheese dip are AMAZING! I’d go back every day if I could! The birthday celebrations the restaurant puts on are very entertaining and different each time! LOVED IT!

The food was amazing, the service was super friendly and awesome and they not only provided me with a slice of cake but they also made the whole experience so fun and gave me shots!! My wife and I shared a delightful, delicious meal at Encanto while in Denver. The atmosphere was vibrant and lively and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive.
We got guacamole, the cheese quesadilla, and cheese flautas, and all the dishes were fresh and tasty with generous portions. As a huge fan of Mexican food I can say definitively that Encanto made some of the best tortillas I've ever tried: fluffy, warm, and clearly handmade, with a depth of flavor that elevated every bite. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared and perfectly seasoned, and it was clear that quality ingredients were a priority. The guacamole was bright and well-balanced, the quesadilla was rich and comforting without being greasy, and the flautas had a satisfying crunch with a deliciously melty center.
Service remained attentive throughout the meal without ever feeling rushed, and the overall experience struck the perfect balance between casual and special. Encanto stands out as a true gem in Denver, and we’ll be looking forward to returning the next time we’re in town.

Encanto Cocina & Cantina exceeded all expectations with its vibrant atmosphere, deliciously authentic cuisine, and top-notch service that made the entire dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Daniel, the incredible manager, whose energy and attentiveness set the tone for a fantastic evening. Our server was equally wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the night. The food was delicious and tasty. It was a joyful experience (even on taco Tuesday) from start to finish, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back again soon!

Waiter doesn’t provide receipts and they overcharge you! so I order birria tacos which are $15 some and a none alcoholic drink that I didn’t see on the menu, cause I didn’t wanted any sweet. so waiter offered me some berry drink. That cost the same or bit more than tacos cause my bill end up being $35.00 over prized! The party I was with was over charged $500 mngr wouldn’t provide an itemized bill for everyone consumption .
