I love this place and always rave about the food and croissants with the fruit. Today I was informed by the staff that they stopped making them, stopped making breakfast, changed the hours and closed the eat in area. These things that they took away are what make etais, Etais. Very sad about that the items leaving the menu. Otherwise the service is great and food is spot on.

The food and service are still great. But I'm bummed they permanently shuttered the inside dining area, and discontinued all soup options. This was a great place to escape the office for 30 minutes and grab lunch.

Ok coffee but went there for the bakery. My chocolate scone was so hard and dry could have used it as the cornerstone for a brick wall. DON’T GET A SCONE!

The food has no business being this good for a random bakery in the middle of industrial Denver, but it is truly so good!! Had a salad, sandwich, pastry, and coffee. Pastry was pretty average but the salad/sandwich/coffee were excellent.

This is the best place in the area with good food! Also I have been ordering on line for pick up for a while now. The staff is always the same which means that place is probably good to work for as well! So go Etai's!

Had the ‘Cuban’ which is their own take on a Cuban and not a traditional Cuban and loved it. My dining partner had the French Dip and found it be at the upper end of acceptable/lower end of good, but thought the jus was excellent. The restaurant had an unfortunately grimy feeling, and the tables are sticky. They ask you to bus your own table. The coffee, however was excellent.
Bring back the spicy tuna sandwich!!!!
