Pre order Springfield cake and we noticed that the fruit was little old, very dry cake and super loaded with frosting

Watch out when tipping They don’t give their employees no tips at all They pocket every tip! Plus I’ve heard them trash talk customers and they’re always giving you that hurry up and buy look. Unproffesinal.

I’ve been a customer here for some time, but the service has always been unpleasant. Instead of improving, it has only gotten worse. The staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and now downright unfriendly. It’s clear that customer service means nothing to this bakery. I refuse to spend another dollar here and strongly suggest others take their business elsewhere.

OMG...... when the Market on Larimer st closed during the epidemic I was so upset. The spring fling was my favorite cake of all times. I tried other spring fling cakes at other shops and nope they were nothing compare. But I came across a post about Eternal Flavors Bakery and i had to try it. We drove from 1 hour away to give it a try. And OMG OMG OMG.... it was way worth it. I definitely found my new favorite bakery. I will definitely be coming back..... and definitely be spreading the word to my friends and family about this place.

We first tasted the Spring Fling cake at a friend's wedding in 2024 and immediately knew we needed to have it for our wedding cake in 2025. We're not even cake people and couldn't believe how delicious it was! Everyone loved it! We ended up having WAAAAY too much based on their recommendation (1 and a half sheets for 150 people), but it was indeed delicious! Just know that they're a little low-tech: They don't have a website, just a facebook page. When we booked it, they didn't take a deposit, so we were a little nervous that everything was moving forward as planned (it was fine). You can't pay for it over the phone which made it a bit more challenging for a friend to pick it up. But the cake itself? Divine.
Excellent red velvet cake. They aren't the cheapest bakery, but they're excellent!!

It wasn’t good.. super dry and tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge for days uncovered. Staff wasn’t that friendly either. No plans of returning for overpriced dry cake

I was an early supporter of this business back when they worked from home, and I appreciated their services then. Now that their business has grown, I wish the same warmth and friendliness had stayed consistent. The quality is still there, but the personal touch I valued seems to be missing.

Hate to write a 1 star review at a place I frequently visit. Went in and asked if any full cakes were available i was told no. I totally understand however there were several full cakes in the display. I asked the girl working the register if I could purchase the entire cake. Even at a higher rate. Her response was no they would sale it to me but they would need to cut each piece and put it in there own containers. I told her what difference did it make if I was buying the entire cake. Not only that I would be helping you so that you wouldn't have to cut and bag each piece wasting supplies and time for the staff that isnt really necessary. She went on to say that they have to cut the slices ao they dont fall over im like okay then dont cut them. I was happy to cut the cake myself and pay per slice but this girl didnt get the simple fact of the matter. Not only was she rude and disrespectful but lost my business all because she couldn't take direction that was simple and easy to follow. Why would you turn a paying customer away when I was willing to pay the per slice rate and all I asked was to bag the whole.cake and not put each slice in a container made no sense what so ever. Poor customer service i hope this chick gets a lesson in how to treat and undertand customers from the owner. Im wondering how many other people she turns away from the business.

I have been a customer for a couple years now. From when they started business at their house to the new bakery. I am a big fan of the Spring Fling ever since it was sold at the original bakery The Market.
Unfortunately this last couple times I have gone to EF, I've had Really Bad Customer Service. The worst part is that the bad customer service comes from the owner's daughters! I mean for driving 45 mins one way I expect to be treated better. Not only that but lately the spring fling is Dry and it does not have a lot of Zucchini. Lets not talk about the price!
Definetly not going back. I'll be saving my gas and money....I'll for sure avoid the long faces!

Eternal Flavors started their business with the right foot but lately it looks like is going down the drain, lets start with their customer service which is very bad specially with the entitled attitude from the girls working the register whom i belive are the owners daughters who they think that as business owners they are doing us, the customer, a favor with their cakes, will let me tell you something and you are wrong because is the way around, we as customers keep your business open, so stop flying on your Goku cloud and come back to reality.
besides the bad customer service the product is also bad, i went to buy a slice of springfling cake which i belive is your signature cake and it was a total disappointment, the cake is suppose to be made out of zucchini but looked like it was made with green sprinkles instead, what a turn off.
This confirms that Eternal Flavors is a VERY BAD and CHEAP COPY of The Market Place, looks like you stole the recipe to open your own cake shop but have no idea how to run a real business, not coming back to give them more business nor wasting my time and money at all, there's better options in Denver.

The cake itself was so good I love the option of only buying a slice got 3 different slices for each family member as we like different things

Many loyal customers, including those who travel from afar, deserve to feel valued. Unfortunately, the attitude I experienced made it seem like I was a burden rather than a customer. Combined with a noticeable decline in cake quality, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

Their cakes are wonderful, I get them for everyone’s Birthday. Unfortunately the girls are all so rude when I go in to be them up. Even worse when I call to get one. They are not helpful, and condescending! They are doing you a favor, I’m the one paying girls!
