I loved the market for more than two decades, when my son told me the cakes where available at eternal flavors couldn't wait to get over there. Met Melchor, super nice guy. Following Christmas ordered a cake and called on pickup date to indicate I was running a little late and got outright rude and condescending treatment from his daughter. Fast forward to today and I tried to order a cake for Sunday pickup and I'm assuming it's his daughter again, informed me in classic rude fashion that they only order cakes on a minimum five day notice. I don't begrudge their policy however her tone and manner of speaking is downright rude and condescending. Btw, it's still four days before I need to pickup the cake and she made no effort to be accommodating. This is all quite unfortunate in the light of how professional and civil her father is. I wish the biz the best of luck.

We made an hour drive to get some spring fling slices of cake just for them to be dry, I give it a 2 star just because the ones I got for my daughter an niece were better than the springfling, we got in total of 6 slices not cheap at all but what really got me for not coming back at all was the 6th slice that I order they did not cut it from the cake they have it cut and packed already in the shelf and when the girl that was cutting the slices got the hig cake out she drop that slice packed(i know it was packed but I didnt saw if it open or not) and she just picked it up, and gave me that slice even thoug I told her it was the one the girl drop she didnt even pay attention or offer to change it nothing she was more concern of keeping her conversation with the other girl than being interested in there clients, when we got home that same slice was bad super dry hard and the fruit was not good at all so that slice and almost $10 dollars went straight to the trash, so I wont be defenatly not making that drive because it is not worth it at all.

She likes their spring fling cake and was looking for one that another bakery that closed, which she found one of the bakers from that shop. The price is worth the cost.
