I sent a complaint because I had tried making a reservation online. Wanted to go to the Thornton location, for 12 for a birthday party. The reservation app kept telling me there was nothing available within 2 hrs of the 1pm timeframe I was looking for, tried 1:30pm, same reply. So I looked at the Stapleton location, was able to get in there. During these changes some of our party didn't receive the change in location, they went up to Thornton, received a text from my daughter that it was almost empty. So that upset me that the reservation app couldn't accept my reservation during the timeframe I requested. So half our party stayed in Thornton to eat and the rest of us were at the Stapleton location. The waitress we had was very friendly and the food was good. Maybe need to look at your reservation app.

Food is was determined the low rating. We ordered Burnt Ends, Mac and cheese, corn, and hell fire pickles and a bbq pulled chicken sandwich with fries. The Burnt Ends were so chewy and stretchy. My husband said it was like eating a rubber band. Corn was not buttered or nothing to add on at the table. Mac and cheese had hell fire pickles dripped into them. Unbelievably spicy because of the cross contamination. Chicken sandwich had a wish bone inside it.

Our server was excellent, attentive but not hovering! The food was delicious and all 6 of us enjoyed it very much. I always enjoy dinner at Famous Daves and will come again.

Amazing!! Our waitress’ name was Rachel and she went above and beyond to make sure this was a great meal for my wife and I. She was so friendly and the service was great! The food was great! Everything came out super fast and better than I remember at other Famous Dave’s. I don’t go to them often, but I might start headed to this one more often!
