They messed up on my order tonight and the manager said he won’t remake my food so unfortunately I will no longer give this location my business so please check your order the cashier was a amazing person wouldn’t recommend this location management sucks do better

Ordered from grub hub. Food was good, not the best cheesesteak I’ve had, but the rolls were amaroso and then using cheez wiz was a plus for authenticity too. I had mushroom steak, and tots with a side of ‘wiz’. Tots were extra crispy, which I prefer, others might not like that though. The lack of stars was the no addition of plates or utensils. That was part of the order since we are at a hotel. We asked specifically for them, we received no napkins either. If you don’t have them, don’t allow to ask for them. If you have them, read the entire order and send them.

I ordered on Uber eats, therefore, I paid more than the regular price to have it delivered. For a while, I was a regular customer. Its been over a month since I ordered from here and I had a craving today. The first line on my order states no onion. What do I get? A sandwich full of onions. This is the second time this happened in the last few orders. Last time, my husband got all the way home and set to eat before we realized it, and had to go back. This place is not necessarily close to our home. It's frustrating when your requests are ignored. It was literally the first thing under the type of sandwich...needless to say. I'm still hungry because I don't eat onions. That's not something you can just take off and not still taste it.

Average cheesesteaks. The meat was a bit dry and I wish they make the sandwich more cheesy. The place is very small so definitely order a take out if you are able to.

DID NOT DISSAPOINT!!

Cute place. Nice people. But the food was SO average. The fries were meh. The onion rings were pretty good. But the cheesesteaks were extremely disappointing. The bread to filling ratio was so off (tons of bread not much filling). And the filling ratio was ALL veg and quite literally two bites of meat. The best part of this meal was the brownie. Don’t come here for a cheesesteak. Go to Tase Of Philly on west Colfax.

I ordered food, was good but went back in to use the restroom and the man working said he was the general manager and that I couldn’t use the bathroom unless I was a customer. I told him I just ordered and the lady working there also confirmed but he was so rude and disrespectful and refused to let me use the restroom and embarrassed me in front of the other customers. Food was very good but very bad choice to have that man as the general manager. Very rude unwelcoming and disrespectful for no reason at all.

The phillies don’t disappoint here, the fries were not my favourite but they were edible.
I would ask for extra cheese as there definitely wasn’t quite enough but the meat was flavorful and not tough. Also snag yourself a Hank’s beverage because they slap always.

Parking: They have a few personal spots out front and there is a ton of street parking for free

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access, no issues, a bit cramped inside but you should be fine.

Went to get a large sandwich got a small one they sandwiches used to be large I don't understand I'm done the sandwich is the same size a butter knife the regular sandwiches is about,5 inches they large is about 8 inches

The food here is great but there are a couple customer experience items that don’t measure up. First off, if you place an order for pickup, it will tell you about 10 minutes. This is never accurate and it’s usually 2-3 times that long meaning you have to stand around and wait. They should update their online ordering to be more accurate. Secondly, when you go to the counter to pick up your order, the staff will go back and check but don’t come back up to confirm the order is in progress. It’s very simple to say “they’re working on it”. I know that’s small but when you’re standing around waiting for 20 minutes it’s nice to know the status. Again, food is great, just lacking in general customer experience.
