***down to earth***, nice staff, can do the american cheese + wiz combo, steak perfectly chopped, good rolls, bonus points for a mural of a Philly Street in the style you might see on the city, plus phillies plaques and posters remembering the great teams of 1980, 1993, and 2008. Will be back!

Being a cook, I am constantly critiquing the establishments I frequent. I eat here about once every month. The sandwiches are always good and it’s no frills, in and out. Today was a bit different. The long-haired lad that took the name of my online order went into the kitchen and loudly spoke for 5 minutes. He returned with what I thought was my order. It also included a cold item so I inquired, not seeing a separate container or bag. At this point, I should have looked through the bag to make sure my entire order was there, but was amazed at how checked out this guy was. To my surprise, when I got home, there was no sauce for my side, which is clearly on the online order, don’t you hate it when a place doesn’t give you your ranch, catchup, buffalo sauce? It’s sort of ruins the whole reason for ordering that item. My point is this. If you work in a restaurant, check your order before it goes out. I don’t work there so have some pride. If you don’t, you are doing a disservice to the customer, the reputation of the establishment and owner, and most importantly to yourself. Be professional and make your job your priority.
This spot really does have some good cheese steaks. I've been here a couple times and I feel like everytime I go it's better. They have plenty of options with 2 different sizes of sandwiches 8 and I believe a 10 inch. Both are fairly priced. You really can't go wrong here. I always get the works 8 inch Philly, make it a meal. The Philly has plenty of meat, they blend the veggies good and with plenty of cheese for a nice creamy texture. Fries are also super crispy and hot. I mean common just look at those Fries ?.

Theyre idea of cheese fries is to give you a bag of fries with a very small cup of cheese on the side that runs out half way through youre done with your fries.
The food is amazing and flavorful. Only downside is when the older man is running the register. He's quite rude and condescending and has a rotten attitude.

We tried the Original with peppers and the Reuben. Both were fresh and juicy and recommended. We will eat here again when we are nearby. The service was friendly and prompt. It was quite clean and cozy, but it was a cold January night, so we ate inside ;-)

It's just dry even with extra cheese. Your better off making it at home. The customer service is great. Buy the only thing halfway nice is the Ruben. I hope they fix it because I would really want a great Philly.

First time here and the chicken inside didn't look like real chicken. So had them cook again but still the same and my daughter got a cheese steak and one bite threw up next to my car.Everything smelled different and should of knew but still tried. The fries was only thing okay and now ever since I tried food stomach been upset.I think it was just a bad day and bad cook but I will not ever return...
