So, I can tell the ingredients of the salad are super fresh. Same with the soup. The Caesar salad needs more dressing though. I get this big take out order of salad and only got a very small cup of dressing. I’ll get an extra cup or 2 if I decide to come back here again. The soup I got was very bland.
For me personally, this was very far from the best salad in Denver..

I am a frequent customer of this place and believe in its mission. Loved the Here's the Caesar. What I received today was not what I expected. The greens included were neither red romaine nor bibb lettuce, but a jumble of something else. These are not cheap salads. You can't advertise one thing and then just throw in something else. What a shame...

third time eating here, so incredibly fresh and the combination of greens and spices are so delicious. today I had the Lotus because I am trying to eat more tofu, loved every bite
my husband had the caesar wrap again because it was so good the first time. you really do not know how good fresh picked greens are until you have eaten at Farm & Market
