Food is tasty especially the spicy hummus... but they offer all dine-in customers plastic bags/utensils. This place creates lots of waste.

This is my go to when I want something fast and healthy. The food is always fresh and prepared to order. The restaurant is spotless .. The food is extremely healthy and the staff couldn’t be nicer . One particular young woman named Noehlia Is so friendly and works so hard I thought that she was maybe the owner’s daughter. She works and greets people like it’s her own business. She told me she’s just a worker, not related to anyone that owns it. That’s how I would like my employees to work, like it’s their own business. I commend her and the owner for having such a great place and great staff. It keeps me coming back every time!!!! I only gave four stars on the atmosphere because the metal chairs there are awfully uncomfortable, and hurt my back. It makes it hard to eat in the restaurant for me. If they would get some new chairs, there’s not one thing I could find to complain about!

This was my wife and I's first time coming to Felfel, and we definitely plan to return more often! The food was brought to us hot, fresh, and delicious! Plenty of vegan friendly options, and in today's economy, incredibly affordable prices - less than $15 a person for two meals that were filling. I couldn't possibly have greater things to say about Felfel!

I ordered the beef shawarma burrito. Took 20 minutes to receive my order and then within my first bite I was spitting out inedible rock-hard pieces of meat. I absolutely love mediterranean food, and this is the worst I've ever had in my life. I had to suffer through half the burrito before admitting defeat and rinsing the taste out of my mouth. What on earth happened to the meat in this burrito? It was inedible!!
I agree with other reviewers the that food quality has gone down in recent years.
I also agree with other reviewers who note that the owner is insanely rude in these reviews. I know not everyone will like a business and not all reviews will be fair and kind, but the responses are beyond rude.

I used to really like the food here, but they changed this to a kiosk place. You walk in and there is no longer a person to talk to and ask questions and take your order. personally I don't feel like learning how to use their POS system, I'm not using the kiosks to order I want to talk to a live human.

Ordered two lamb plates, and the lamb was incredibly dry and cut into small nail-sized pieces. The falafel was alright, but it's bad when a Mediterranean place can't get lamb right for $16
