The current music levels are disruptive, hindering the ability to conduct meetings or calls effectively. Furthermore, the customer service experience has been less than satisfactory, and the menu selection appears limited. The value proposition, considering the price relative to portion sizes, is not optimal. While the establishment holds potential, its operational hours do not accommodate early morning patrons seeking coffee before work, as evidenced by multiple instances of closure due to staff meetings. Additionally, inventory management issues have resulted in the unavailability of desired menu items on several occasions. Finally, the absence of female staff members suggests a need for greater diversity and potentially a different approach to customer service. We hope to see improvements in these areas.

Tried coming on Monday, but they were closed for a staff meeting. Honestly, I wish I hadn’t come back for a second chance. The vibes were drier than the pastries. We walked in and weren’t greeted; a guy came out from the back and basically asked, “What do you need?” with an attitude. When we asked questions about the menu, he responded like it was an inconvenience. Another customer walked in after us and got the exact same treatment.
When leaving, I said, “Have a good day,” and he didn’t acknowledge it. Terrible customer service. There are plenty of great coffee shops within a mile that actually deserve your business… but hey, if you’re in the mood for a C- cup of coffee served with a side of attitude, this is your place.

This place is a hidden gem in the Five Points neighborhood. Service from friendly staff was great. I ordered the Blackberry Matcha, never had anything like it but now I’m hooked! Huge open layout with easily accessible power outlets. Parking in the connected garage was easy and free. All around great place to meet people or do work!
Got a blackberry matcha here a few weeks ago and haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. Will absolutely be back!

Went on three separate occasions each time was not an positive experience. First time the shop was closed over an hour before their listed close time, no signage or note communicating that. Second time there was no one present in the shop when we walked in a few minutes later someone came in from outside to say they were sold out of the cookies and cream latte (the only drink I’ve wanted to try) literally no customer service. Went again today and once again they are out of the cookies and cream due to popularity, no follow up of when would be good to come back or even offer a different drink we could be interested in. Extremely disappointed that out of the three times I’ve tried to support this business I have not had one positive experience. I would think with a social media account you would use that to communicate to customers when you’ve sold out of your most popular product or to communicate not being open. Just super disappointed!
