Estela, Jess, Lillian, and the lady from Ukraine are just some of the highlights of this restaurant. The staff they all deserve raises. Every single one was so friendly, and not to mention the food was impeccable. We ate there almost every day with the Hotel credit and it was amazing. The steak fries, fish tacos, anything other breakfast menu was so worth it. And I come back to Denver. I’ll be staying at the hotel and eating here all the time.

FIRE Restaurant at the ART Hotel surprised me in the best way. The space is beautiful, modern, and full of energy, with great views and a lively terrace that really adds to the experience. The food is solid, the cocktails are excellent, and the service is warm and attentive. It’s definitely priced like a hotel restaurant, but for a date, a celebration, or a relaxed evening with good drinks and a great atmosphere, it’s absolutely worth it.

Great atmosphere and staff were very pleasant. We stopped in for Christmas Day brunch bottomless mimosas were definitely worth it. Food was simple an effective for the event nothing major stood out but live music great mimosas and 70° weather is all some can wish for on Christmas 🎄.
