There were multiple pieces of hair in my sandwich! Melted into the cheese, I brought it righhht back in and for a refund but the girl working there was examining it and pulling out the hairs in the sandwich by her gloves and then didn’t even change her gloves when she made the other people’s sandwiches. She’s super young so i don’t think she knows better but it’s disgusting. It wasn’t the manager, it was the pregnant young girl. Yall need to train better and go over sanitation more! To pull our multiple hairs and examine it and then use those same gloves to make three other peoples sandwiches right after is disgusting. I’ll never come back to this location again and it’s a shame bc I work right across the street

Our stay is always pleasant at this restaurant, good food, good flavor options and excellent staff.
without a doubt the best place to go there with the family
I know Julian and Alejandra from Firehouse Lone Tree and they are very nice people, they help you if you don't know what you are going to order

This is literally the worst location. I like firehouse subs but this one never gets an order right. Ever. My mistake for continuing to give them the benefit of the doubt because I don’t want to drive to the next location but at this point it’s just ridiculous. My bottom bread was cut but not the top?? On the wrong sandwich btw

Last few year firehouse has gone way down in quality. The meat is the most noticeable change they have made to save money. The brisket is less favorable and chewy. I have been going less and less each year. Today I stopped in and to my surprise the large brisket sub is $20.63...just the sub! The pickle I hope was an odd one out as it was half the size as they used to be. At this rate let's spend a other 5 dollars and get a whole meal from a sit down resutrant. It wouldn't be so insulting if the sub was good but they're not the same. Firehouse subs I think it's time you and I part ways for good. Had a lot of good eating with you in the past. Those days are long gone now

Showed up at 8:53 pm. Place closes at 9pm. Open sign still was on. Doors were locked. Employee looked at us and then looked down.

One medium sandwich, two small drinks, two bags of chips, two stale cookies. In at 12:32, served at 12:54. Both Coke and Dr Pepper out of service. Best of all. $35 dollars for a 6-in hair in my sandwich.

I got uncooked meat on my sandwich and onions that I requested off because my girlfriend is allergic. Completely just appalled guess I gotta rip open a tied bag and make sure next time.
