Last few year firehouse has gone way down in quality. The meat is the most noticeable change they have made to save money. The brisket is less favorable and chewy. I have been going less and less each year. Today I stopped in and to my surprise the large brisket sub is $20.63...just the sub! The pickle I hope was an odd one out as it was half the size as they used to be. At this rate let's spend a other 5 dollars and get a whole meal from a sit down resutrant. It wouldn't be so insulting if the sub was good but they're not the same. Firehouse subs I think it's time you and I part ways for good. Had a lot of good eating with you in the past. Those days are long gone now

One medium sandwich, two small drinks, two bags of chips, two stale cookies. In at 12:32, served at 12:54. Both Coke and Dr Pepper out of service. Best of all. $35 dollars for a 6-in hair in my sandwich.

I got uncooked meat on my sandwich and onions that I requested off because my girlfriend is allergic. Completely just appalled guess I gotta rip open a tied bag and make sure next time.Dietary restrictions: They don't follow dietary restrictions.

I'm a huge fan of Firehouse subs this location however, is under the worst management. The women, short red hair, was incredibly rude. I won't spend a dollar at places that aren't friendly. I don't want to reinforce bad behavior.

Since new management, the quality has gone down some. I have gone numerous times and they have either had no cookies, or no fresh tea. The sandwiches had a lot of condiments on it also.

First off, I’ve come here multiple times and usually everyone is so nice. The crew they had today was the rudest I’ve ever experienced here. They were two Hispanic girls, one seemed to be a lead or manager of some sorts. I had a mix up with my online order so I had sat down to figure it out. The manager girl had come over and I immediately felt like I was getting interrogated on what I had ordered. I tried to explain to her I was trying to figure it out on my phone and she continued to tell me what I did wrong with my order. I get it if she was trying to help but she came off super rude. Also I was just sitting down at the table at 6pm so they weren’t busy and I’m pretty sure I could sit there and eat my chips if I wanted. When I finally re ordered and took home my food, I realized my sandwich was made incorrectly and I didn’t even get the pickle I ordered. Won’t be visiting this location for a while since that was so uncomfortable.Parking: Literally no one was in the sandwich shop and yet there was no parking in front of the building or anywhere near it.

On Saturday October 21, 2023 we headed to this location it was posted online and on the door that they close at 9:00pm, we arrived at 7:30 pm. We noticed from outside that the store looked very dark inside and a female worker was mopping so at first we thought they were closed we preceeded to go in and it was just the female mopping and a male employee behind the counter they both looked annoyed that they had to wait on us. We went to the counter to order and we were not greeted in anyway and after we ordered and payed at that point the male worked informs us that the dining room is closed and we cannot eat in there so we had to eat our meal outside in the cold. We also were not given a reciept for the order. Please hire and train your staff to be a tad friendlier and allow people to use the dining room.

There is an awful odor of gas or propane inside the restaurant, making dining-in unpleasant. Not only was the TV on a sports channel full blast, but the music was on full blast as well, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere.Either improve or close.

So tired of being abused by firehouse employees . Good sandwiches…terrible people. I’m done. Never again. Got in an hour before closing and was told I couldn’t use the dining room because they were “behind”.

This location seems to be going downhill. The brisket used to be so tender, but today it was dry, plus it was missing the BBQ sauce, which didn’t help. Hoping to have a better experience next time. We used to love sandwiches from here!

I ordered online to make things a little faster. I showed up to find that my order hadn’t even been started yet. Beyond that the staff was rude when I asked about my order to find out it would take an additional 20 minutes. The chips and soda were all out and the dining areas were a mess. The overall experience was terrible. I would not recommend.
