It was my first time going here. We didn’t have reservations so we had to sit either at the bar or outside with heaters. We chose bar. It was so cool to see the kitchen making food, and the cooks are so great. It looks like they enjoy their job bc they were smiling and laughing and I personally appreciate that. We ordered the calamari which was 10/10 and fish and chips which was also 10/10. We got 2 beers with our meal and the key lime pie which was 7/10 bc it had a ton of whipped cream on top. So it came out to close to $100. This is definitely my fish and chips spot from now on! Also shout out to Jenny our waitress, she was incredibly sweet!

We had the scallops and octopus. Delicious! But the scallops came out as 4 scallops next to a small cut of squash per scallop... and that was the only food provided... Not sure if I just didn't read the current menu, but the menu online states the scallops come with broccolini and potato puree. Why was that removed while increasing the price of the dish? I see photosin the reviews with an actual serving of food that I expected. While the scallops were delicious, charging $37 was ridiculous for ONLY scallops.
I feel like some potatoes and more of the squash would have went a long way. The serving of squash was minimal. A couple bites. It was visually disappointing and I left hungry. I wish I got the salmon - though the table next to us had it and it looked mostly gnocchi.
The octopus came with more and looked like a better value.

Had a celebration dinner here! Oysters were excellent, fresh and grilled. The almost amazingly caramelized scallops! Halibut was good, but those scallops tho!! Incredible key lime pie.

Holy smokes Batman! Fish and Beer is such a vibe! The cooks are absolute rock stars, and you can really taste the care in every dish. The food is amazing, super fresh, never greasy, and clearly made in-house. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The key lime pie is spot-on and tastes just like Key West. You definitely have to try this place!

Wonderful time. They treated us with a little champagne to start off (it was our anniversary), and from there we simply enjoyed a range of smaller dishes and some beer. The raw oysters (happy hour, not any of the specialty types) were delicious (from Virgnia); the smoked fish dip equally so; calamari very nicely done, and the fish/chips plate delicious. The only more average dish was the crab bisque, that was a bit bland (though still enjoyable). As advertised, the key lime pie was a standout. But more than just the food, the staff was wonderful (I single out Dior and Caleb) -- warm, friendly but non-intrusive, as well as very helpful (they don't have gluten-free alternatives to bread; but they gave me celery sticks for the fish dip instead, and it worked well). The place itself, even if relatively small in the front room, is delightful, light, and engaging. It was our first time, and we'll be back for sure! Thank you to all.

We've been here several times and will come back over and over. The service is kind and fast and food is FANTASTIC. We LOVE the baked oysters, raw oysters, salmon, scallops (sooo tender) and keylime pie (I dont even like dessert, PS). My favorite restaurant in colorado!

This place was incredibly amazing. The food is fresh, you can see the kitchen from your seat and see all the live action. Oysters are to die for! And some of the best mussels I've ever had from a restaurant.
