Great burgers and fries... Just pricey

Best burgers and service in the world.
Hold for 10 minutes. Called back and was unable to get my order in after calling back. Love this place, bad experience.
I love this place!! My boyfriend and I come here all the time. They always get our orders right, and the food is always amazing. I love the number of fries they give us!! 10/10, will continue to come to this location!
It was a very sad day as we were buying a cheeseburger for my little dog buddy Tico. It was his last day and he deserved a good meal. It was my first time there and everything was great despite it being a sucky day. Can't wait to go back on a happier occasion.
To me this was a little overrated. The burger was big but the bun was soggy by the time I got home. The place was crowded with people ordering as well as Uber pick ups. The service was a little slow but the staff was friendly.
The guy at the counter was rude, assuming, I ordered. GRILLED ONIONS, AND GOT REGULAR ONIONS, AND A LOUSY BUN, THAT FELL APART. it was about a week old It was done on purpose a lot $$ for lousy food.

This would be my go to spot if I lived in this town 100%! Best quality of all around neat vegetables out of any of the guys that I've ever been through!
Parking: in a huge commercial real estate lot with other shop, you can do. I doubt you would ever not find a parking spot!

Delicious, didn't wait too long and the order was done right, the staff was ok but they weren't difficult to work with so that makes up for a lot and they were diligent in their work. Great place for a simple or complex burger.

I was born and raised here in Denver, but never had a hamburger until I got a court order for emancipation at age 9. I was finally able to move out and be on my own, financially support myself, and I was living independently without any help from my biological parents, step parents, foster parents or any of my babysitters that abused me. Those monsters would feed me Top Ramen every day for dinner, and forced me to eat Jimmy Deans Pancakes and Sausage On a Stick every day for breakfast.
They also made me watch ABC's Shark Tank, and then brought me to the Denver Aquarium where they threw me into the real shark tank. Very funny, huh?
The worst part was after school because they made me work at 5 guys, and I "never" saw five guys. Maybe 2 or 3. They are liars.

Love the fries
We decided to give this location a try and were very disappointed with the customer service. We stopped in at about 2:30pm Oct. 29th 2024. The gentleman taking our orders at the counter was the main issue. He was unwelcoming, despondent, and seemed like he was annoyed to take our order. Also, he forgot to give me my drink, which shouldn't have been too hard to remember, so I had to ask another employee. We saw some peanuts that looked like they were free, so my mom decided to go and ask if this was the case. The same guy responded back to my mother in a very rude and unprofessionally manner, which caught my attention. After this incident, I requested his name and to speak to the manager or at least to get the managers contact info. He responded by refusing to give me his name and by saying that there was no manager. And if I wanted to make a complaint to do so on the website. He treated us poorly and was disrespectful to my mother, which is unacceptable by any customer service standards. I was very disappointed because I expected better from Five Guys. When you go into an establishment and spend 50$, you should at least receive decent customer service with a positive attitude and a friendly staff. We didn't get any.
