My family frequently visits this location as we live near by. My daughter often orders a grilled cheese as she prefers it to the hamburgers. Anyhow, tonight she accidentally spilled her drink on the table and enough of it spilled on her grilled cheese that made it too soggy to enjoy. She had only had a bite of it up to that point. As we explained what happened to the employees at the register, we were told we needed to pay for another grilled cheese, they refused to just replace it. It was our mistake, but this is the first time I've experienced the lack of understanding or customer service in this type of situation. No, the cost of paying for asecond sandwich isn't going to break me, but the way we felt leaving tonight won't soon be forgotten.

The restaurant was nice, food was very good they did them fires right here 😁. Try the bacon milkshake. The music was a lil too loud but the songs weren’t bad.

It's a fairly standard Five Guys. Dining was clean and seats about 40 people. Food was on par with other Five Guys I've been to and service was actually decent for lunch time. No complaints.
Parking: This lot serves about 5 businesses and a couple of them are busy so at lunch and dinner it can be tough to get a spot but there is some on street parking g
Kid-friendliness: Keep your damned kids at home... There's no playground here!
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible and bathroom is handicap equipped.

This is a decent place to go for a burger & fries! You get to pick all the fix'ins you want for your burger (no extra charge) and the fries are pretty good as long as they lay off the salt (this is why the 4 star) The price is a comparable price (and they used to offer a military discount again another reason why for a 3 star because it was sure nice to get that in this economy!) The service is/was usually really up there being polite and thankful. The seating is high seats, meaning most seats are bar style, so they are high off the ground. Also, there is not much seating available.
Parking: It is a free small parking lot, and there are handicap spots.
Burger was awesome but fries were slightly on the crispy side and not as hot as usual. All in all, 4/5 stars for this Five Guys.

So important is the value of a dollar today that’s why I’m taking the time to write this review these three people who were working Halloween night around 7:30 made the best hamburger and fries I’ve had from five guys in a while I just want to say thank you and give praise or praise is you Thank You too Alexis, Cassey, Jassamyn. In my opinion these three deserve a raise keep up the good work.

First time there. Ordered a cheese burger and fries. Not sure if you get a double patty every time, thought I ordered a single. Had a small fry too, they filled the bag. Didn't need that much food for lunch. If I go back I'll make sure they don't give me as much food.
