I drove through here trying to get food. i could barely hear what the lady in the drive thru was saying and they did not give me cheese curds but charged me for them

Great food dedicated workers. Isaac was great at helping me with my service and needs. The manager also provided us with some great food. 5 stars great place to eat, highly recommend.

The first thing I enjoy is the speaker is loud and clear which is fortunate since I'm hard of hearing. Usually I get the jalapeno double steak burger with onion rings and a diet Pepsi. What's really cool is I don't know if they recognize my voice or my unusual order but when I get a float, I get diet Pepsi and chocolate custard. So they know it's me they expect to be driving around the corner and up to the pickup window. So in short the food and service are terrific. But the main reason for this review is a talk about Isaac. He's a real nice kid. Always friendly and he seems happy to see me. He always remembers the long spoon and wide straw for my floating... Some of the others, I have to ask. His bright, well groomed and smiles all the time. Can't have a better combination then that! When there's no line behind me, we usually talk briefly about my business. The kid seems to care. Every drive up window person is nice but Isaac takes the Cake in my book.

I went to Freddy’s b/c I heard the custard was great. When I got there I went to the counter and I was the only one there.
There were 3 employees pushing a massive flood of dirty water from the dining area floor back into the food prep area floor behind the counter using brooms. Each of the 3 looked up at me but never said anything. As I continued to stand there watching them coax all that dirty water into the prep area without greeting the new customer I began to imagine all the nasty things that must happen at Freddy’s when there isn’t a customer standing there watching.
After a few minutes I was never greeted and I left without ordering.

Tory is always friendly, helpful and pleasant. She's a great worker.

Why are all the Freddy's sticky from floor to ceiling. I've been to over 20 locations in the state, and they are all disgusting! I love this place, but that is quickly fading. I can't be the only regular that notices the layers of filth in every store!
This was the worst I've ever been to. Kids behind the counter may as well be picking their nose. Nobody around to ask for many missing items from the condiment area. People waiting 30 minutes for their Custard while the front counter girl leans on a cooler. Bathrooms- gross. Dining- NASTY. Outdoor area- your best bet if you don't want staph.
