Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Burgers are a little salty, but cooked to order and always hot. Got my receipt and it had a senior discount on there. First time this has happened to me and I'm in my low 50's, so while the discount was nice, the ego was bruised. 😂

I had called to make sure they were open at 10:20 pm 7/4/25. A lady answered and I went ahead and place an order. I got there around 10:40pm all doors were locked and they were ignoring everyone in the drive thru. It was 10:40… I drove past window and a heavyset black woman was just sitting there ignoring everyone. The same lady who answered the phone I believe, with a skinny boy just on his phone next to her. I drove 20 minutes to not be given my food I ordered?!
Extremely displeased with service and will not be returning to this location sad long as that heavyset woman is there. My acquaintances will also be instructed to avoid this location…

I went here with my boyfriend before I could even finish my order one of the workers was hitting on my boyfriend in front of my face. I was so sickened I didn’t even finish my order we just left. FIRE HER she has no respect and she’s loosing yall business.

First time trying Freddy’s and I used the drive thru. The burgers were really good and juicy. The fries were delicious and the cheese curds were okay, but I thought they would be crispier.

We ordered two custards and found something on the inner rim of one of the cups. I tried to think of every possible explanation for what it could be and where it could have come from. I even cleaned it off and took a picture, but your guess is as good as mine. Unfortunately, I think it might have been a worm. I’m not completely sure, but it made us not want to eat them.

I wanted to love it so badly so I’m kind of disappointed since everything else was good. Still giving it 3 stars, but it’s just one of those things that leaves a mark in your brain, yk?

Near my work location. Tried it the other week because they have drive through and I was in a hurry. They forgot an item. Went back today to ask about getting the item missed last week. They did this but then there were several long black hairs in my food. Will not eat here again.
