The worst uber delivery ever!!!!!! Fries were stale and cold . Burgers were cold and slopped together . They even sent a hot dog that was horrific . $45 down the toilet

While the food was good it was so incredibly dirty inside. Everything was dirty. The walls, the floors, the tables benches, the trays- yuck!

food was fine. service was horrible. i went through the drive thru not five minutes ago and the employee who handed me my food was extremely disrespectful and rude. he mixed us up with another customer and asked us to pay even after we had paid. he handed me my bag and after looking in it, i believed i had received the wrong order and gave it back because i didn’t want to eat the food someone else had bought. he clarified that he had given me the correct bag and after i had respectfully asked him if he was sure there were only 2 burgers he stared at me like i was an idiot and he called me a dumbass out loud as i drove away. i am NOT planning on coming back here ever again and will tell everybody i know about my extremely negative experience at freddie’s.

(i must clarify that the first employee i spoke with through the speaker was polite and helpful. only the employee who handed me my food was brash and disrespectful.)

I really want to give it a higher rating, but the place is absolutely filthy. The food prep and kitchen do not get cleaned throughout the day and it’s concerning. The cashiers are always friendly, but they need to do a better job at keeping it clean.

We were craving smash burgers with the crispy edge so Freddy’s topped the list. Unfortunately, one burger was lukewarm with no crispies and the other burger had one good patty but one that was raw. The fries and tots were good. The custard was delicious. The place was generally dirty, in particular the floors looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The service was quick and the staff was pleasant.

I went here and received my burger covered in mustard and it was unbearable to eat as I could not eat it without receiving a mouthful of mustard. If this was not bad enough my fries were stale and tasted like they pulled them out of the garbage. Not satisfied at all
