First time at Freddy’s…went through the drive through. Alison was so kind and patient explaining the menu and differences in the shakes. Got the Oreo concrete and Dr Pepper float with the original Freddy's smash burger. All delicious…I was a happy to wait a few extra mins because I knew they were making them fresh, and fresh it was. I’ll be back! Thanks Alison!

I paid over 24 dollars for a double burger and chili cheese fries and what I got was 2 paper thin burger patties that I couldn't taste cause the lettuce was even thicker! Then the high dollar large chili cheese fries was so small

I spent almost $7 on a concrete and got a grand total of a quarter of a Reese's peanut butter cup in my concrete. Not Freddy's finest hour.

The young lady who took my order was rude, my french fries sat on the counter for 4 minutes before she handed them to me. The top of the bag was wet because her hands were wet. My napkins were wet because her hands were wet and I don't understand why it took her so long to hand me a bag of french fries. I will never go back there!

We were at Freddy's on vacation from WI we had the lemon and orange like slushy and they were great tasting. Couldn't find to many custard stands 😢 on the way out northwest. Went again the next day for custard, great again.

Ordered a hot dog meal and a bacon burger meal. Person taking the order repeated it back incorrectly twice. Once it was fixed we pulled up and proceeded to wait at the window for 15 min for the food. Cars piling up behind us. We got our drinks at the 10 min mark and no communication during.Food was hot but incorrect when we got it. Burger only had mustard when we had ordered with ketchup and no mustard. Hot dog had nothing on it when we had asked for mustard and relish. We had to go home to get condiments

Ben is a phenomenal manager. I had a coupon for a $3 shake that expired today. They were low on vanilla ice cream, and Ben felt bad and gave me a coupon for shake next time! I was having a rough week and day but Ben’s service is top notch! Keep people who care like this guy and advance them forward. Thanks Ben and Freddy’s
