Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Ben is a phenomenal manager. I had a coupon for a $3 shake that expired today. They were low on vanilla ice cream, and Ben felt bad and gave me a coupon for shake next time! I was having a rough week and day but Ben’s service is top notch! Keep people who care like this guy and advance them forward. Thanks Ben and Freddy’s

I have asked for delivery from this location a couple of times. The first time, I wasn't given any options for sauces but wrote in the comments section requesting some. The second time, I made sure to call the location to request the sauces be included in the order under my name. I called the location twice to make sure that the request came through. The sauces still did not come and the burgers came cold. Going to this place in person is absolutely great but their attention to detail on the food sent out for delivery has not been great.

The burger I ordered was so damn salty it was inedible. I've eaten from Freddy's before this at this location too and NEVER had this problem idk who was cooking but you made my blood pressure go through the roof. There wasn't even that much salt on the fries. Definitely dropped the ball tonight and the also forgot my oreo sandwich which left my kiddo really sad. Not the best experience I've had here.

Burger & custard in a small strip mall. I ordered a Prime Rib Steakburger, but got an original double steakburger. Guess I shouldn't have used the word steakburger when ordering even though that's the name on the menu. That said, the burger I got was hot and very good. I particularly liked the grilled onions.

Service was fast and friendly even if she misheard the order. The space itself was large and clean. They do have password protected Wi-Fi for guests. There was adequate parking plus a drive through.

It was very good food. We had hotdogs and hamburgers and a shake. It was great taste and also the service was very friendly and a very clean place.

The fries and cheese were so fresh and hot that I had to wait to eat them! They were like steak n shake fries but BETTER!!! And the lady at the window was super nice and polite.

Custard place that repeatedly forgets to send your custard orders with the delivery. Y'all have hired some winners there.

Understaffed! Only one girl was working drive thru, the register, and the pickup expo. They need more help!

Ordered online through their own app. Delivery was fine. My issue is that I paid extra for 2 toppings on my vanilla concrete and they gave me a plain vanilla concrete instead. Not only that but there is no good way to dispute or complain about issues with your order on their app OR online. I also tried calling the store directly but it rang 3 times and hung up. I like their food but their customer service is non existent! I likely won’t be ordering from here again.

I love Freddy's and regularly visit other locations. This location was not up to par with anything I usually expect from Freddy's. We were told the soda machine in the dining room was not working, yet saw the employees using it anyway. The soda from the back that we got tasted horrible. Asked for no mayo on the chicken sandwich, got some anyway. There were no cups for ketchup available so we had to improvise with lids from cups. They were out of Freddy's Fry Sauce as well. The dining room was poorly kept and the restrooms were very dirty. Despite being prime dinner hours, there almost nobody there. The fries were still quite tasty however so it wasn't a total loss.
