This place is horrible. They gave me an uncooked burger, and on top of that it was the wrong one. It didn’t even come with lettuce or tomatoes.Excessive Salt on the hamburger and fries I called and complained the manager told me to go in and get it remade with no problems.Today I went in to get it remade through the drive-through. There was a manager with a power trip and told me that there was no notes left. I asked him if he could please go look because I just spoke with somebody the previous day.He copped an attitude with me and told me I had to leave. I demanded to get his general managers number he refused. I then told him to please get my number down to pass it to his boss, in which he gave me a blank receipt that I wrote my number down.In the mist of it, he was giving me attitude. Then I told him he should be ashamed of having bloody pimples all over his neck and face to go wash his face which was probably inappropriate comment from me, but that was disgusting and for him to have a snotty attitude with me is very Unacceptable..I will take full accountability for what I said to him, but it’s the truth. Nasty guy with bloody pimples all over his face, cooking peoples food.?Then told me that he was going to call the cops. I told him very clearly there’s no basis on that. What a power trip attack he pulled on me…Below is my proof that Of the nasty pimples that were bloody and also a picture on My previous visit of the disgusting hamburger they sold me…..You need to do better, Freddy’s burgers..Hire people with respect and compassion. Overall, you are in hospitality/customer service. There’s no need to amplify situations you should train to diffuse situations and obviously teach management not to have their own discretion that’s not justified.“ I guarantee you this was the same guy that I talked to over the phone prior, I recognize his voice, and for him to threaten using the police to bully me is very unacceptable. There was absolutely no crime or no basis for the police to be involved. This guy needs to be reprimanded.”

This place is so dirty. I believe it opened in 2022. Surprised by the low expectations of cleanliness. Tables, floor, benches, and bathroom. We live in hilltop so it’s our neighborhood location, but we will no longer return. We’ve given it many opportunities and at various days and times. This establishment, managers and workers care little about the environment.

The sign on the door says open til 10pm and an itty bitty sign on the door says their dining room closes at 8, and go through the drive through.... but this is no longer the days of COVID. And there's no way to get together as a group in the evening if you're going to only have the drive through open. The cooks are still there anyway. God forbid your workers clean AFTER close. Very disappointing.

This was my first visit to this location. Onion rings were greasy, and tha steakburger patties were 1 and 1/2 times the size of the bun, making it challenging to eat. On a positive note, the frozen hot chocolate was quite delicious.Parking: It can be challenging entering and exiting the parking lot.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The waiter explained the uniqueness of Freddy's menu and made a recommendation based upon what he thought I might be interested in, which I appreciated.What I liked about the burger and fries were the leanness of the meat and the fries themselves. It was explained to me the cooking process and how Freddy's differs from your standard burger joint, and that made a lot of difference in the taste. This is definitely a superior place to your average McDonald's or Burger King, and I will be back.Parking: Plenty of spaces right in front of and alongside the restaurant.
Had a problem at the drive-thru so I went inside. First time inside same kind of problem. There are three Freddy's anywhere near me and two of them are now no goes. How sad you have a great burger!

We were the only ones in the drive thru line and these idiots working there still got our order wrong. I’m glad they work fast food. I don’t see them going too far in life considering they can’t get two simple burger orders correct.
