Extremely friendly atmosphere!

Dietary restrictions: I have a Strawberry Allergy and the employees were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me to make sure it was allergy friendly! 5 Stars for how professional and kind they were.

I work here at the airport I love coming here but the service makes it very unpleasant to say the least. Paulina is very unprofessional and makes the face of freshens unbalanced! Talking and insulting customers with other employees right infront of us. Other than that I enjoy the food and smoothies!

Hate to complain when they are the only place in Terminal A with any viable vegan options but was disappointed that with a name like Freshens Food Studio the only vegan items were smoothies. The smoothie is delicious, but a bit pricey. I suppose I should be grateful for a place with multiple labeled vegan items on the menu. Not allergen friendly though!

I have ALWAYS purchased a large green smoothie here on all my layovers. They've always had two sizes- regular and large which were about 8 and 10 bucks respectively. The large was both wider and taller. Idr the exact oz sizes. They now recently changed and only offer a regular for $10.

Your greed has cost you a customer. Today I purchased my last smoothie. I'll be getting them from Jamba in B terminal going forward.

Peach smoothie was solid and is a decent size for the price ($10, one size). The pesto chicken crepe was disappointing. Not well constructed, the ingredients are meh, and it's difficult to eat because all the ingredients spill out when you try to pick it up, and the flimsy plastic fork they offer is not great. The crepes themselves are premade and have a weird, rough consistency.

I had a "chicken" Thai rice bowl. When I went back to ask where was the chicken, the server picked through with her gloved finger to find a tiny cube. Her answer was it's 2 oz of chicken. That's why it's a rice bowl! The name on tbe menu is a misnomer!!!

Too bad bc there was crunchy cabbage with a nice spicy soy based sauce (not Thai).

This was a very disappointing lunch. The service was fine, but I ordered the Thai bowl and it was absolutely disgusting. The rice was super watered down, as if it was minute rice that was just microwaved in a bunch of water. On top of that was some white lettuce, raw cabbage chunks, way too many sesame seeds, and chicken with zero flavor. I think Freshens' smoothies are probably fine (although still overpriced), but the only reason this isn't a 2 star review is because the worker were friendly to me. I'm sorry to say it, as I try to be generous in my reviews, but the quality of the food is not worth the price here. They definitely need to rework their menu and how they make their rice and chicken.
