Gaetano's is my favorite restaurant in all of Denver. It never fails to provide a great atmosphere, great service and most importantly- AMAZING FOOD. I take all my visitors there and I've dined with many friends, family members and even some dates and everyone loves it!

The food is great. Service was above average. The only thing a little on the negative side I'd point out is that all 3 times I've made a reservation there I didn't end up getting seated until at least 15 minutes past the reservation.
Other than that it's a solid option with great food and good people.

My wife and I went there for our 35th anniversary, I had the bolognese which was outstanding, my wife had the clams and white wine sauce. She stated it was alright, but the clams were few and far between, for the price it wasn't a very good value. The ambiance at the restaurant is nice. However, in an effort to get as many people in the restaurant as possible it was quite loud.You couldn't even have a conversation without yelling to each other. Not a place I would recommend if you want a quiet dinner or the quite conversion.

Absolutely wonderful!! The food is amazing the people are so nice here , I remember back in the late 90s when i was friends Eugene Smaldone, he told me about this restaurant and i loved the food and loved the history I will be back for sure ! Come try this place out !

Great food and service but it was so loud we could not hear each other talk at our small table
We were so excited to try this place for a celebratory dinner and it lived up to expectations. John was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He was so friendly and attentive. He checked on us at all the right times and had great suggestions. The food was amazing! Highly recommend the fried ravioli, Gorgonzola rigatoni, and pistachio gelato. We will definitely be back!

We went here for the first time for my birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! The prices are VERY reasonable, especially for the great food. It was some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had. The bolognese and the gnocchi were spectacular.

I’ve been searching for a true Italian restaurant in Denver for what feels like forever—and I think we finally found it! Gaetano’s absolutely delivered. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and authentic. Our server, Donovan, was incredible—attentive, kind, and genuinely made the experience special.
And the food? Dare I say, the best I’ve had outside of Chicago—and *maybe* even the motherland itself! 😂 Every bite was packed with flavor, and you can tell the kitchen puts real love into what they do.
Can’t wait to come back. This place is officially in our rotation. Bravo, Gaetano’s! 👏🍝🇮🇹
