Gaetano’s is now on our regular rotation. The marinara sauce— to die for. Almost as good as my favorite restaurants in Italy (where I studied abroad) 🇮🇹. Our server Don was incredible. He was so kind and shared that he and his girlfriend had recently celebrated their 53rd month anniversary. As a couple celebrating our 6 month anniversary, we were so touched by his inspirational words— “Love is cool. Enjoy it.” 🥰🥰 In conclusion, everything about this experience was MOLTO BUONO 🤌🏻. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a reservation here for you and your shawty for your next special occasion. You’ll thank me.

Truly the most outrageous experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The hostess completely ignored me for about 5 minutes while she was looking down and chewing gum very loud. She then walked away without looking at me. Came back and still didn’t acknowledge me until I said “hello??” It was so bizarre that a separate patron approached me apologizing and calling the hostess rude. Coming from working in an Italian restaurant myself this behavior would never fly. Sad to say the service will differ me from going back. Acknowledging a patron in your business is the bare minimum.

Everything that we ate was so good, that I could eat that same meal over and over. We were taken care of and checked on by multiple people even people who weren’t our server or the manager. Could not have had a better experience! Thank you !

We are visiting from out of town and read great reviews.
We were seated, but then the hostess left us and no one came to check on us, give us water, ask for orders for over 15 minutes. It wasn't busy at all and we saw the other tables get checked on.
We got up at left. Hostess looked at us as we got going and didn't say anything or give any indication she cared we were leaving.

Came to this restaurant with my family for my mom’s 40th birthday and have left in disbelief from the atmosphere provided by the staff. We quite literally had eyes on us the entire time we were seated. The bartender, white lady with blonde hair, could not keep her eyes off of us only because we had asked for a different server after rude service and unnecessary remarks. She called the manager multiple times to check to see if we were drinking a glass of wine i had ordered, we don’t understand what it was but eventually there was a reunion made in front of us with all staff to keep and eye on us, we ate our food, our server was awesome but have never experienced something like this. I just hope this wasn’t a discriminatory act.

Came for a birthday party and had a wonderful experience! Sat on the patio in January- the heaters kept us comfortable the entire time. Server was attentive to our large party. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the gnocchi and the carrot cake. Just a wonderful experience!

We don’t live full time in Denver but whenever we are here we used to really enjoy stopping by here for their happy hour. Yesterday our flight was late arriving DEN. We called and asked to make a reservation for 45min later. The young man who took the call said that he thought it would be fine in 45min. That the place has lots of space now and in that time he didn’t think it would be a problem. He took our name and we assumed we had a reservation. We worked hard to get there 39 min later. Met a blonde at the check in station and was told, your name is not on our list, all we have are outside tables (Jan 28°) and 2 bar stools. I explained my partner had recently had a knee replacement and couldn’t sit on the stools. She said that’s it we have reservations for everything. If that’s the case why not tell us when we called in??? Why have us race down there only to be told we can eat outside in January??? Such a huge disappointment. Something has happened with how they train (apparently don’t train) for courtesy or knowing what is going on. Avoid if you can’t figure out how to get your reservation in writing!

There was a perfectly good reason they were turning away diners, and why we felt fortunate to get a reservation! This place is terrific. I appreciated the parking lot across the street for their patrons. Our server, Phil, was attentive and professional. I appreciated his entree suggestions, and of course, his idea to conclude our experience with the best tiramisu dessert I've ever enjoyed! This is a Denver must!!!

Gaetano's never disappoints! Always a must when I come to town. The place was packed but customer service was excellent and so was the food. And drinks! Italian Margaritas might be my new fave. Can't wait to come back and try something different.
