Gaia Masala Burger is a gem! Salini gave us some awesome recommendations about what to order. Great job communicating any allergies to the back of house staff. The kids loved the paneer biryani and the mango lassi! Two entrees was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

I've been twice in 2 weeks and have been absolutely happy both times with the service I've received and the quality of the food here! I generally try and play it safe when it comes to my food because I can be picky when trying new things but both times Salini recommended tasty options that I would totally recommend for first time visitors here. I tried the Masala fries on my last visit and just had the chicken masala cheesesteak, both were spot on! Thank you Salini for your help with the menu and your excellent customer service!

My girlfriend and I will tell you this our favorite restaurant if you ask. Here’s why- the food is amazing, the service is even better and the atmosphere is so fun. We usually go at like 2am on the weekends and they have great music, the staff never stops smiling and for her, who is vegan and gluten free she has tons of options. As do I, and I love meat and gluten lol. Nisch is the most friendly and welcoming service staff member I’ve ever dined with. I can’t tell you guys how much we love this place. Last night, we went to their grand opening downtown denver and it was just as great.

Most of the food was good, except for the pizza which had way too much cheese packed on, and I usually like some cheesy goodness. We waited over an hour for 5 meals, the wait staff had no idea which table ordered what. The bartender was very inexperienced. Would rather hit a liquor store and food truck and sit on the curb for a late night meal than go back to this place.
