I got the red beans and rice - DELICIOUS!! I haven’t had much Cajun food in my life to compare it to, but I think I can confidently say they aced it!!! Very kind people as well. Can’t recommend enough.

Just had the crawfish and voodoo chicken at the Frederick wood carving festival. So freaking GOOOOOD. And a great amount of food for cheap. Could feed 2 people with 1 meal.
Hoped they had a restaurant but we'll follow the food truck 🦞😂

Just saw y'all last night in Laramie, and y'all ROCK!!!
The Gumbo was deliciously smoky and satisfying - rice was perfect, not too mushy. And those Gator Bites... SO crispy and juicy, and perfectly seasoned... My group kept coming back for more, I think we ate four orders in total before y'all closed.
Best of all, *thank you* so much for accommodating lactose-intolerance (I love dairy, but dairy doesn't love me as I've gotten older). Y'all were the best food truck on Grand Ave last night!

I heard about this truck and had to check it out at the Highland Street Fair. JFC! It was worth the hundred degree temperature of that day.
I ordered a combo of the gumbo and cheesy crawfish etouffee. This is one of the best cajun creole I've had in Denver so far. That roux was cooked with love & passion. Amazing depth of flavor and perfect blend and layering of spices. The crawfish was bite-tender, not overly chewy. If you're hankering for some real good cajun & creole food, this is the food truck to follow! Even if it's all the way up in Longmont & Ft Collins. Tell Joe, the other Joe sent you. ;-)

In over 9 years living in Colorado this is by far the best Cajun food we have had in the state. Cannot recommend enough!

I enjoyed my experience with the food truck at the City Park food truck rally. I have celiac (gluten “allergy”) and was really impressed they had three options I could eat. I got a jerk chicken sandwich with chips (I believe the fries are not gf) on a gluten free bun.

I am a vegetarian and let me tell you that the meatless chicken poi boy was so delicious I made my partner try it again to make sure it was meatless because it was so dang good! I love when places have vegetarian options with some protein. It was so good we will be driving out of our way for this truck!
