Shrimp po boy was good a little salty for my taste but a solid 8 out of 10. I grew up near the TX LA border so I know what a po boy should taste like and these guys are the best I've had here in CO I will be back

Even though I don't drink, I keep track of my local breweries food truck schedule to know when Gator Tails is coming, because I will grab a meal from them Every Time.
I have tried dozens of food trucks being so close by the brewery, and Gator Tails is hands down the best. Everything I try is delicious and they are simply so friendly. The prices are fair and you absolutely get what you pay for. Their menu is clear and easy to read and their setup is very professional. They bring unique cuisine and are just a delight in every way.

Outstanding southern food!
Seriously some of the best Cajun food I have ever had and I’m so glad I asked for suggestions because half and half of the voodoo chicken and cheesy crawfish was insanely good!! And then gator bites with easily the best remoulade I have eaten!

I'm a Mississippi transplant I gotta say this the most SEASONED food I've had in Colorado. Each dish tastes like home: flavorful, soulful, the love made in each dish is comforting especially on a chilly day. Quality authentic southern food. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is awesome! I had their crawfish boil the other day and it was to die for! Great sized crawfish and flavorful! The sausage they serve with it is amazing and the flavor is out of this world! They also have Cajun and regular butter for dipping the tails in! I’d love to try some of their other stuff! 10/10 would recommend this place! Very nice staff as well!
These folks offer real Cajun food. Way better than the “other” cajun trailer. They actually have dishes not just sandwiches. Book these guys more!

Remember when food trucks used to be good, really, really good? Gator Tails is one of those hidden gem food trucks. GREAT food trucks do still exist. Incredible food with plenty of flavor! Had the catfish po boy, alligator bites, cajun fires, etc. all excellent.
